Comfortable one-bedroom apartment facing the streetcar tracks in downtown New Orleans in an 1850’s historic building. Near City Hall and Tulane and LSU hospitals. Walk to grocery or pharmacy. Many restaurants offering delivery or pickup are nearby. Modern renovation with a complete kitchen and laundry equipment in the unit. Small luxury condo building in the heart of downtown. The professionally decorated unit features a fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer and dryer. The mixed-use historic building has a private residential lobby with secure entry and onsite management. We want to make sure that your stay will go smoothly and that your call will be answered should you require assistance. We are available by phone and text message during your stay. We have many resources depending on your needs and can offer on call housekeeping and maintenance services as needed 95 Walkscore - A walker's and biker's Paradise! located in the historic central business district between the French Quarter and the Warehouse District. Walking distance to grocery and pharmacies. Public streetcar and bus stops are nearby. Rideshare Jumpbikes are plentiful as are Uber and Lyft.

very easy. Pleasant! slightly noisy ... right on the street with the trolley car, and a few loud people at nite, but not too bad. Great location for me, had a conference at the Hyatt Regency...easy walk, really everywhere!

A very comfortable and well located property. Close to the main Mardi Gras routes and easy walk into the French quarter. The property was really clean, nicely decorated and furnished, it had everything we needed. We didnt get to meet the host, but she was really helpful and friendly via messaging. Access to the building is secure. There is a lift to get you and your bags up to the 1st floor room. The kitchen is well equipped and the Bathroom is clean and tidy too. We didnt watch the TV, but there is one if you dont have enough else to do in N.O. . The bedroom is great and has aircon, it has a big walk in closet to declutter your space. The only things you need to be aware of is that the single glazed windows don't prevent the noise of the trams, probably about once and hour. Whilst the street is quieter than many, you will still hear street noise. The bed is also quite firm, but that is of course a very subjective point that may benefit some. These two points are included purely to help others and set expectations, they in no way detracted from our wonderful stay here and we would highly recommend the property for comfort, cleanliness, location and facilities. Thank you. We had a fabulous time.
