Beautiful room

The actual room we stayed in was beautiful! It has nice big rooms which were clean and organized. We enjoyed the semi private balcony. One staff member that checked us in was a total turd. He was pushy and rude trying to sell timeshares. He immediately turned us off to the whole experience. We would recommend staying here on days he doesn't work.

In town with husband and teenage son for just one night. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment was very clean and updated. We did not use the kitchen except for the coffee maker but it seemed well appointed. The apartment had a small balcony with a nice breeze and pleasant view. The bedroom was fine with two nightstands, a comfortable bed, television and very large closet. My teenage son said the sofa bed, which seemed new, was uncomfortable. We stopped to see the 10th floor pool which was smaller than it appears in the photos, and sun deck but, unfortunately, did not get there in the evening to enjoy the fire pit. Easy transaction, great stay and hope to return soon.

Exactly as advertised, and more!

This place was great! *LOCATION - It's 2 blocks away from 6th street (the main bar/live music district), and about a 15 minute walk to the capitol. We walked to both these places several times during our 6 day visit and it we always felt safe. We did make an effort to stay on the main streets though. We ordered a Lyft to go to Rainey street, another nightlife district, but you could walk there if you wanted (sort of far though). There's countless places to eat within walking distance, so you could park you car for your whole trip. *LIVING SPACE - Excellent, more than we expected. The building is new, so everything is clean and working. We even had a balcony, which was cool. The house was well stocked (kitchen utilizes, dishes, papertowels, bath towels, etc), we didn't need to bring any items from home. There's a fresh market within walking distance too, with a full size fridge and range we made breakfast every morning. We had a king size bed, several pillows, ceiling fans, full kitchen, 2 TVs, couch and kitchen table. Internet isn't included, but we used our phones as hotspots. Downstairs they have a gym, shuffleboard, wii games, and classic arcade games (pac-man, etc). Upstairs on the roof, they have an "infini pool" and a firepit. The front desk is staffed 24/7, and they're always friendly & knowledgeable. *OWNER COMMUNICATION - We had no problems with our stay so didn't really need to contact the owner. I did reach out to her and let her know that we got in ok, and she responded quickly. *PARKING - Parking is $30/day, so be sure to consider that in to your cost when booking. The garage is secure, and you can come and go as many times as you please using your room key. The garage is located on the first few floors of the building, so it was convenient. Overall, this place is 5/5. It's new and very clean, close to everything and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again if we're in Austin.

Would stay again

It was my fiancé’s birthday and we had a plane to catch the night of. We couldn’t go home because we are renting it and I just loved the flexibility of the property owner. My fiancé loved it so much that he says he want to live there.

Modern and clean

Great location, clean unit, great amenities. Only annoying thing was being hounded by concierge the first couple of days which I suppose isn’t a direct reflection of PM rather building :), so nothing but 5 stars for the PM.

Superb location! Beautiful property in beautiful downtown Austin!

Easy check-in, friendly & helpful staff, crisp / clean / modern studio apartments. Awesome lounge area that leads outdours to a huge grilling area and swimming pool with exquisite ATX views! I will definitely be telling people about this place and hopefully staying here again in the future.

Not buying

The hotel was very nice, pool great, game area fun. Condo was well furnished. A bit noisy due to plumbing from unit above. The parking fee was excessive and a surprise to us. The sales team for the time shares were relentless but we ignored them. Good location to the hot spots.

Really Lovely!

My BF and I (mid ‘50’s) stayed here on our first visit to Austin. It was so lovely: a beautiful space, comfy bed, great kitchen (with a bunch of utensils, a bit of coffee, and a few spices), and a nice location with adequate metered street parking. (Don’t pay the $30/night to park in the garage!) It was so nice to have the kitchen when we over-ordered BBQ ribs the first night... ribs for lunch! Ribs for dinner! :) Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and quite a few bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, but you’re far from the 6th Street craziness... We never made it in the pool but the pool and its surroundings were beautiful! We spent nearly every night chatting on our balcony looking at the moon tower... The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the hard sell our last night on going to the Wyndham’s time share presentation. (Been there, done that...) But: that has nothing to do with the owner of this VRBO, who I very much recommend. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very clean and quiet apartment/hotel suite with friendly 24 hour staff. Jan was easy to work with and had great communication. Would definitely stay here again. It’s worth noting parking is $30/day unless you take a tour with a sales rep, in which case it’s comped.

Great Space!

I stay in hotels 3 days out of the week for business travel. This space truly felt like home and not like a hotel. I loved hanging out on the balcony after a long day and thoroughly enjoyed the extra space to move around. The staff on the grounds were friendly and helpful. I did miss daily maid service that I would normally get at a hotel but I had everything I needed from the staff. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this rental and will stay here again.

Nice Photos but

This is a Wyndham owned property but it appears to be a mix of condos that for sale or sold and rental units. The room was decent but 2 out of the 4 privacy shades were inoperable and we had to call maintenance for help plus help to close the rear door. Our room was on the 7th floor with a breathtaking view of a parking garage and discarded couches in the alley. Our patio was eye-level with an air conditioning unit the size of a Winnebago and accompaning noise as well. Don't call the front desk because you'll find little empathy. The rooftop pool had a breathtaking view. However the view is hard to appreciate with 3 kids playing Marco Polo about a foot away. The pool is so small anything over a few families show up and you are all on top of each other. I'll stay at a traditional upscale hotel next time.

(Great) Weird Week in Austin

We loved this property. The suite was exactly as advertised - all of the amenities of home (full kitchen, laundry, space to relax). The property was incredible - clean common areas, awesome rooftop pool, and close to EVERYTHING. This is our first choice accommodation in Austin going forward.

Would definitely stay here again, we did not use the facilities but were told there is a great pool deck on the roof. We really used the location to sleep as we were there for the city and not to stay at the hotel, either way i would def recommend and would stay again. Check in and check out was also seamless.
