この施設について

The Coastal House Downtown Gilbert

We are newer owners of a well known vacation rental steps away from Downtown Gilbert and cannot wait to share our incredibly cozy place. Fully equip kitchen, comfortable new furniture throughout, plush throw blankets, full size washer/dryer, clothing steamer, Roku TV with streaming capabilities, and 5G internet. For those who like to travel a little lighter, we've included a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Charming backyard features string lit patio with table and chairs, hot tub and a view of the Gilbert Water Tower. Parking available for up to 2 vehicles. One compact spot available inside the RV gate entrance and another curbside in front of the home.

Restaurants, bars and entertainment all within 1/2 mile including O.H.S.O, Culinary Drop Out, Barrio Queen, Joy Ride Taco, Postino, Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, Snooze, Jesterz Improv Comedy and Hale Theatre. And a Farmer's Market every Saturday morning. As an added perk, we've included host recommendations in the Welcome Book once you arrive.

Cute little house all around for any stay with family and friends. No pets (service animals allowed). Being located in vibrant Downtown Heritage District, there is a local train nearby that will likely pass through and sound the horn day or night. We provide a noise machine for light sleepers.

Cute little house! Perfect for my family of 4 for a long weekend stay. Great location for access to downtown Gilbert. If it had not been summer, definitely would have taken advantage of walking to restaurants, the hot tub etc. Some of the houses in the area also remodeled while others look a little run down (1920’s neighborhood). But host assured us no safety concerns and she was right. Overall, would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at April's place during our time in Gilbert! The home was very clean, plenty spacious, and it was a great location. We walked each morning to the very cute downtown Gilbert area to grab coffee and/or brunch. Everything we could have needed at the house was already thought of by our host, which made for a very relaxing stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again the next time I was in the area.

Such a cute house. Perfect size for 2 couples. Nice central location in Gilbert…you can walk to a nice selection of restaurants in the cooler weather. Loved the iconic Gilbert water tower “in the backyard”. I definitely recommend this home for a nice stay in Gilbert.

This is one of my favorite vacation rentals hands down. It was absolutely spotless and impeccably clean, cozy and super comfortable! I loved all her easy access, super new and clean kitchen appliances, dish ware, pans and utensils, which is a rare find these days with vacation rentals anywhere. The backyard is an oasis with a great view of the Gilbert water tower. Its prime location is also just a 5 minute walk to all the great restaurants and shops on Gilbert Ave. Just a tip for future guests from an Az native to others visiting- these mosquitos seem to be year round now and are new to us but they are brutal! If you want to enjoy the beautiful backyard, please bring with you an insect zapper, mosquito repellent spray and candles and/or essential oils like lavender or peppermint because they are viscous little vampires and we unfortunately got tons of huge bites all over. We just wish we had prepared for this.Nonetheless, this was a cute, quiet and quaint place to relax. The host April was also very kind and super accommodating. She was very quick and clear with communication as well. We plan to come back for sure! Thank you so much for everything, April!

Thank you so much for such a kind and thoughtful review! We are thrilled to hear that you loved the clean home, kitchen appliances, and the views of the Gilbert Water Tower. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you! Thank you as well for sharing that note about the mosquitoes. While mosquitoes aren't a year-round issue here in the desert, monsoon rains can certainly bring a temporary surge! We truly appreciate you sharing your tip for future guests, and we’re actively exploring ways to keep the outdoor space as comfortable as possible during those post-rain weeks. We can’t wait to welcome you back on your next trip to Gilbert!"
