Property as per pictures

Dan did a great job answering all our questions prior and during our stay. Location is remote for normal services to get back to cancun to go to walmart cost around 1300 pesos ( round trip). Local restaurants food was good, not exceptional as i would have expected for prices. 4 main courses, bottle of wine, 2 appetizers and 2 deserts will rin you 3-4000 pesos and similar but at the steak restaurant will run you 6-7000 pesos. The biggest issue I had was the tipping, they included gratuity on all bills but the issue is if you don’t tip over and above you will not get good service, in-fact the one waiter that delivered room service to us was insulted about a 50 pesos tip over the 300 pesos that was already on the bill! He explained that the gratuity was for all the staff. Not sure i would go back just because of the tipping issue it made it very uncomfortable.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay in, our host Dan, was great to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone, just be aware of high tourist times, with pool side availability.

Five night stay

The property was very nice and we loved the location. It's a quick trip to Isla Mujeres which we love going to visit for the day. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint would be lack of a long beach to walk on.

Best vacation we have ever been on!

Can’t say enough good things about this property! We had a wonderful view of the ocean and ample space in the two bedroom unit. From check in til check out, everything was seamless! Completely relaxing and kid friendly. The property is super nice and the people that work there are so kind. My husband and I went with our two kids (3 and 1) and pretty much spent everyday in one of the four pools there. There are always activities going on around the pools. We did the pool Zumba every day! The only drawback is that the beach is not great for swimming since there is quite a bit of seaweed. The people that work there work hard everyday to clear it but there is a lot. However, the ferry to isla mujeres is right next door and you can take a quick day trip there for a beach day. We definitely want to come back again next year! I highly recommend this property

All around Exceptional Resort & Service

Dan was great and very responsive. This 2-bedroom condo was absolutely amazing- one of the better resorts we have ever stayed in! It's nice to be outside of the Cancun hustle and bustle of the hotel zone. The level of service was top notch from the time you arrive at the resort. Every staff member is friendlier than the last, and you can tell why this resort earned a 4-diamond rating. We loved all the amenities and took advantage of the kayaks, paddleboards, pools and daily activities. My teenage boys enjoyed the daily pool activiites like water polo and pool volleyball. The only downside was that the pool water wasn't very cool (assume that was because of the Mexican July heat). I would definitly go back but may choose a time of year that wasn't quite as hot. Great host and amazing vacation place- highly recommend!

Top Notch

We loved the resort. We had been at 4 different locations through our travels and Villa Del Palmer is a fantastic place to be. The 4 diamond location was top service. The location with the beach was great for swimming and some easy snorkeling. The Sushi restaurant was our favorite. The customer service at the resort was spot on and if you thought you needed something they were making it happen. We were there for 8 days and did not have one moment where we didn't think we were not important.

Room was absolutely beautiful.

Stay was amazing, beautiful room with all the amenities needed. Would definitely recommend staying in this unit! Great size, nice balcony with a hammock. Loved it!
