Welcome to Juanita’s! This charming cottage has recently undergone a full renovation, originally built in 1941 and moved to its current location when interstate 77 was built we’ve honored the history and charm while adding modern convenience for your stay. Nestled in the heart of the Yadkin Valley you’re minutes away from numerous wineries, hiking trails and attractions. Featuring an upstairs master suite, as well as 2 bedrooms on the main floor with shared bath. Main floor laundry and fully equipped kitchen makes Juanita’s a perfect spot for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

House was perfect for our weekend of wine tasting. So close to so many wineries and Elkin and a literal stone"s throw from the gas station and Dollar General. House is in great condition and has all the big and luttle things you might need in your home away from home!

We were welcomed with a personalized note in the kitchen and right off the bat found the cottage to be so charming! Cozy and tasteful decor and well appointed. Nicole was very responsive with messages and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was stellar for visiting Yadkin Valley wine country. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This cottage has everything you need. The kitchen is well appointed and the host is very accommodating. We loved the back porch and appreciated the carport when there was impending weather. The decorations were tasteful and it felt like home - complete with a Christmas tree! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Nicole for sharing this home with us!

The location was perfect for us, close to our family and the interstate. The rooms are a good size which is a plus for luggage. This is an older home that has been fully updated leaving pieces of the original home which I really enjoyed. Plenty of your necessities provided. Decorated perfectly, especially for those traveling with a little, not too much for them to get into! Nice sized yard with nice porch and car port. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back!

We loved the location of this charming home for a wine tasting weekend. It has plenty of room for two couples - comfortable seating and amazing beds! The host has provided lots of “extras” to make you feel welcome.
