The pics for the rental and what you get are not the same..as the pics make it look a lot nicer

Nice resort .. but they do put you in a rental of their choice.. the resort is huge and nice.. but NEEDS .. better signs on buildings

AMAZING Condo and Property for the Family

The room was amazing! Large and absolutely perfect for a Family! Balcony was huge! Definitely even better than expected! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! So many fun things to do on the property with kids of all ages. We had fun playing beach volleyball and mini golf! No extra fees which I loved, just quality time spent with the family. Will definitely be booking and staying here again!!

Wonderful place to stay!

This was a phenomenal place for our family to stayed while vacationing in FL. The unit was spacious, beautiful and most importantly it was extremely clean which is critical for me since I travel with children. The bedrooms had very comfortable bed, the dining room was nice, the washer/dryer were small but very helpful to have and the kitchen was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for our family. The balcony view was phenomenal too! The building property is beautiful, very well kept and had plenty of activities for our family to enjoy such as pools, mini golf and volleyball court. The location is excellent and very close to shops and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The staff was very friendly and the checking process was fast and efficient. The unit, staff and property exceeded our expectations therefore we do plan on coming back in the near future. Monica

Great room. The property staff was horrible!!

Check in was long having to hit multiple stations to get a room key only concerned with selling time share that they never have me a parking pass. I had to go back to get one. My room was clean but all the dirty linens towels and garbage bags were left outside my room the whole weekend. Management at the facility would not answer the phone and after going to the desk twice to complain about the trash it was left there for 2 days.

Impeccable Stay

Excellent Vaca stay and accommodations! The condo was immaculate upon arrival. There were plenty of supplies left in the condo(Kitchen, Bathrooms, bedrooms, washer/dryer) to ease our welcome in for the first few days. Kitchen fully stocked. Copious towels in all bathrooms. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Everything was immaculate and spotless in the condo. The three TVs all worked well and had the basic cable channels plus HBO/SHO, which was great for our downtime. The facility itself was great as well….The pools, hot tub, fitness center, games, bar, pool entertainment, resort staff were all excellent. Check-in was simple and straightforward and we were able to check-in early. Everything was seamless and convenient on the premises. Never had to contact the host for anything during our week stay! Thanks, we will gladly be back next year.

Beautiful property Lovely Unit

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The only issue we had was checking in when front desk didn't have our name under reservation. Took approximately one hour to resolve the issue. Staff at resort was extremely helpful and accomodating. Had a wonderful time.

Beautiful Resort

Resort property was beautiful with many activities. Condo unit was very roomy and well-appointed. Resort staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue we encountered with the unit was an ant trail, but the resort staff responded promptly to treat the problem.
