Private terrace apartment in my home! The pool is exclusively for guests/not shared. Guest apt. includes everything pictured, 2 br 1ba, projection theater seats up to 8 and can sleep four on two full size futons and two twin rollaway beds... a full eat-in kitchen, living room with bar, laundry room, private in-ground pool, fire pit and covered outdoor dining area with grill. Minutes from Road Atlanta, Infinite Energy Arena, UGA, Lake Lanier, Chateau Elan Winery and right in the middle of Georgia's beautiful horse farms and expansive cattle pastures.
The space
You will be amazed at this lovely resort-like 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located on the terrace level of my home! Open and spacious enough for you, your pets and your group to feel super comfortable and entertained! You will have your own private outdoor area, fully fenced with lots of room for pets to play, a child's cedar play set and a pool with covered outside dining. There is plenty of seating and a grill. You can watch the game or a movie in your own private theater that seats up to 10! The theater can double as a bedroom if needed. It has 2 sofas that convert to full size beds. There is a fully equipped dine-in kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, large living room with built-in bar, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
I am a designer and I have a fun Tuscan theme going on that you will all enjoy! So bring friends and family to relax and enjoy this resort-like experience together!
Guest access
Enjoy the entire apartment with exclusive use of the pool until dark or sundown each day. Just call or text to request pool time after dark. You must sign a waiver if you choose to use the pool. The upper deck in the back is private for us.
Other things to note
There are NO stairs to access the guest apartment.
Pets are welcome and pet fees are $10 per pet under 20 lb and $20 per pet over 20 lb per night per pet.
