Would Stay Again!

Property was in a great location. Room was pristine. Love the common area with the pool and cookout area. There is plenty of staff and they are all very friendly. Would love to stay again!

Unbelievable property!

This one bedroom condo is beautiful! It is clean, the décor is awesome, the kitchen had so many nice amenities, and the king bed in the bedroom as well as the fold out couch bed were so comfortable! The balcony looks out over downtown, and the walk to bars and restaurants on 6th Street is very convenient! We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect!

This is our second time staying here, and we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Austin! The owner, Jan, and everyone at the front desk are so kind and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful! We loved enjoying our balcony for morning coffee and evening wine, the view was just amazing- a mix of historical buildings and new modern high-rise buildings. Can't wait to return next year! Thank you!

Fantastic place! I'd definitely stay again.

The place was just as you see in the photos, if not better. Location was perfect, staff was very nice, things were in pristine condition and the room/suite had everything you'd need for your stay (including kitchen tools, coffee maker, cups, plates, etc). The king sized bed was super comfy and came stocked with lots of great pillows. The walk-in closet in the bedroom was nice because I could keep things tucked away. The building was quiet and comfortable. Parking in the garage was simple and seemed pretty secure. I'm pretty picky about where I stay, but this is a place I'd certainly stay again and recommend it to anyone!

Very nice

The hotel was clean and very nice. The timeshare people are pushy and persistent. The hotel deserves a 1 star just because of that, but I know it has nothing to do with the owner of this listing. I would stay again but refuse to talk to the timeshare people.

Spacious apartment in large property

It was good to find out this was just part of Worldmark, which meant the property had a 24/7 front desk and typical timeshare amenities available. Overall was a good, quick stay. One dirty face towel was left by the prior renter, but it was likely just an accident because it was caught up in the shower curtain. Everything else was clean otherwise.

Brand new condo in Wyndam Club

New condo building, in great location for exploring downtown Austin (8th and Nueces). Everything was new in the condo unit, so nothing to disappoint. Beautiful view of Austin skyline from 10th floor rooftop-pool/grill area. Hotel keys and great Wyndam staff to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Also, basic hotel wifi worked perfectly, so no need to pay daily for the upgrade service.

Great condo and location...cleanliness could've been better

This is a brand new building so the unit feels very fresh and modern. Large bathroom, full kitchen with lots of space, fold out couch, separate bedroom with comfortable bed, and even a balcony overlooking town. We were on one of the lower floors, but still had a great view of the town. We only stayed one night, but the condo would be a great spot for a longer stay. Great location with a short walk everywhere, but far enough away where you are on a quiet and safe block. Great value! Priced significantly lower than hotels in a comparable location. Jan provided very clear arrival instructions and was responsive to questions. We would absolutely stay again if we return. Two reasons not 5 stars - 1-Cleaning crew could've done a better job. Some dirt on the floors and hair in the shower. 2- You have to deal with a timeshare pitch. With that said, we said no to the presentation and they didn't pressure us. It really only added a few minutes to the checkin process, and Jan did warn us ahead of time, so wasn't too bad.

Excellent Building and Location

We enjoyed our stay in Austin at the Wyndham. Didn't have any issues checking in or with the room. It was nice to be right downtown we could walk or scooter almost every where we went!

Nice timeshare

Loved the unit and the accommodations and the location. Slightly annoying in that it’s a timeshare and upon check in they try to get you to attend a brainwashing seminar. I declined and then they persisted. I had to say no three times. Not the owners fault but be warned that Wyndham is very pushy! They even have the hallway setup so you are forced to walk past the timeshare area every time you enter or leave the elevators.

Great facility in a walkable location

Our first visit to Austin, we stayed 4 nights at the Wyndham on Sixth. Walked to the clubs and restaurants every evening. While the main section of Sixth was six or so blocks away, we also found some great places within a couple of blocks. And with Uber and Lyft, we made it to a couple places a little farther afield. So we had no need for a car rental. The very nice condo, pool and other facilities, and the location, made for a great trip. And the owner was very helpful.

Beautiful unit , perfect location, and all the conveniences of home!

This is our second visit to Austin and I really enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons so I was hesitant when my husband suggested we stay in a condo/apartment this year. I am so glad we did, The Wyndham exceeded my expectations! We felt so comfortable and at home, at times is was hard to leave! The location and property couldn’t have been better, we will definitely stay again next year!

Great Location at a new property

I am a 30 something from NY and stayed here with my husband for a couple of days. The building itself is brand new- think new car smell new. The property has that urban industrial vibe going on with polished concrete ceilings, clean lines, modern furniture, etc. The apartment is sparkling clean with a brand new kitchen, wide center island and even comes with a washer dryer. The one bedroom has everything you need to feel relaxed and ready to have some fun in Austin. The owner was quick in her responses and would have answered any questions that I had. What I liked the most about this property was the location. It was close enough to the main attractions, yet far away enough from dirty 6th street. I could leave the hustle and bustle of the city and relax at "home" or I could walk a few blocks and get wasted. I chose to relax in the rooftop pool. I've stayed in homeaway, airbnb properties before- this property is great for someone who isn't sure if the whole homeaway thing is for you- you'll be convinced and won't regret your stay in this beautiful apartment.
