Great property, probably will not return. Checked in and room was not ready so we had to remain in check in parking which thank goodness they allowed us to because we had nowhere else to leave our vehicles. Had we known it was a large fee per car per night for parking in a parking garage, we would have carpooled and not brought 3 (on top of already paying a ton of money for a one night stay) cars or parked elsewhere. When my sister arrived we were already gone and they would not allow her to stay in check in parking with us, they made her do over night parking which to us was silly because they had plenty of spaces and that’s where her guests were. When we got back to hotel that night we went to front desk to get our bags and they only had 1/2 of them. They took the other 1/2 and PUT IT IN SOMEONE ELSES ROOM! Oh my goodness we almost had a heart attack because someone’s work computer was in one of the bags. We waited in the lobby for close to 40 minutes while they ran around the hotel looking for our bags. When they finally located them, they said they would be down with them. When asked how long that will take, the response was “I am not sure let me call them back and see”. Overall, with what we paid, it was not a pleasant experience. I am pretty disappointed. I have stayed at nicer locations in ATX and paid less than 1/2 and was treated better, did not pay for valet and did not get my bags lost. The property itself was nice and clean but would trade for better service any time.
