Large TVs with premium cable channels in Living room and bedroom. Small patio with chairs for outdoor enjoyment. Dog park, gym, tennis all nearby.

-Pools are heated year-round and overlook the community gardens

-No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs - immediate eviction with no refund. $1000 cleaning fee

-Camera and Noise monitoring- There is an active camera outside the unit and an active decibel monitoring device inside the unit to alert management if noise reaches unacceptable levels.
