Off-peak (Labor Day to Memorial Day): $210/night. Spring Break: $240/night. Peak (Memorial Day to Labor Day): $400/night.
A Resort Fee is charged per stay, covering linen and cleaning fees. This fee will be added to your total reservation cost when booking through AirBnB.
River's Edge Cabin #4 sleeps up to 8 guests and features:
• 2 bedrooms / 2.5 baths
• Bedroom #1: King bed
• Bedroom #2: 2 twin over queen bunks (4 beds total)
• Kitchen stocked with all items needed to cook a meal (no food or spices included).
• Combined dining/living area with dining table for 4 and bar area for 4.
• 55″ Smart TV.
• Fiber Optic WiFi available.
• Outside amenities include your own private BBQ pit, picnic table, and firepit.
• Dog Friendly: $100 fee for the entire stay. Maximum of 2 dogs.

Experience one of the best destinations on the Frio River at Oasis Resort. With a private riverbank, two swimming pools (Oasis pool is heated to 80 degrees in the winter months if there is 50% occupancy rented), basketball/volleyball courts, playground area, cabana area, and stunning views of Mt. Baldy and Magers crossing, there's something for everyone.
All rentals come with WiFi, DirecTv, fully stocked kitchens, fire pits, and charcoal BBQ pits for your convenience.

• Check-in is at 3:00 pm with a keyless entry system for easy arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. There's no need to check in or out at an office. You'll receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in.
• River access: You can access the river from our property (the river area is deeper in this area), or you can walk outside of Oasis and down to the crossing to enter the river. This seems to be the easiest access for most guests.
• In addition to this rental, we have several others that can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 18 guests. To view all our rentals, please scroll down to where you see "Hosted by Amy" and click on the profile photo.
