We had a great time in San Antonio with our family. The area was nice and the house was a great place to bring everyone together. The host checked in periodically which was nice and we loved the personalized card. If in the area will try to stay here in the future.

This was a great place to stay. Closer to SeaWorld and downtown San Antonio, all without the nose. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Joe was really good at communication and offered being in touch throughout our stay. Family friendly and lots of room for a great get together.

There was plenty of room for our group, and it had several games inside as well as cornhole outside. The host was accommodating when contacted. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. House could have been a little cleaner inside and out.

After selling our second home in Illinois, we purchased Timberwilde Retreat in San Antonio in 2025. You’ll be conveniently close to shopping, SeaWorld, Lackland Air Force Base, the River Walk, and downtown San Antonio. For easy day trips, Austin and the wineries of Fredericksburg are about an hour away. The scenic Guadalupe River is also under an hour, perfect for tubing, paddling, and trout fishing.
