This is a very spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath tiny house! 



* The vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows give a sense of spaciousness without losing that cozy feeling.

* The Nordic interiors will inspire you with all the natural wood throughout, with comfortable furniture and fabrics to keep with the Hygge vibe.

* A beautiful modern fireplace is the centerpiece of the main room, where the library and comfortable seating will invite you to read and relax, wrapped up in a cozy handmade quilt .  A queen sofa bed can accommodate kids or an extra guest.  TV with multiple included streaming services and a collection of board games can provide additional entertainment.

* The Chef’s Kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your favourite meals.  Ample countertops, island dining area and all modern appliances round out the kitchen’s functionality.



* The bedroom is beautifully appointed with a king size wooden Japanese joinery bed and deluxe mattress from Canadian company Silk & Snow. Dual adjustable lighting and charging stations are at the bedside tables, and handmade quilts are perfect to cozy up with. It also has a dedicated workspace: a floating hideaway desk and folding director’s chair along with light and charging station.

* The bathroom provides a large walk-in shower, smart toilet with bidet, heated seat among many other features, a  vanity with essentials, and the over-all design gives you the feeling of bathing in luxury in the forest. In keeping with our eco-conscious approach, all products are biodegradable and scent-free, and the bottles are refillable, thus reducing waste.





Outside, you’ll be greeted by huge decks where you can lounge and enjoy a beverage overlooking the lake. 

* The dining area outside has a BBQ, seating for 4, and the table converts into a fire table for cozy evening gatherings 

* Step into the Japanese ofuro hot tub from the deck 

* The lake view sauna is just a few steps away 

* A lovely native flower garden lines the front before you head down to the small sandy beach and dock, where 2 Muskoka chairs invite you to watch the sunsets 

* This is a delightful lake for swimming, and we provide a wooden canoe and paddle board for your enjoyment.  This is a very quiet lake that is only a little busier on summer weekends.
