1) Please be mindful of Check-in and Check-out time
2) No smoking or Vaping in the premises or in the Deck. Additional costs might apply to remove smoke odors.
3) Please do not move furniture. Additional cost will be levied to move back furniture.
4) Please park in the designated parking lot. Street parking is not allowed.
5) Please load the dishwasher and start before you leave.
6) Please turn lights and fans when you leave
7) Please lock the main door and casita door as you leave.
8) Please make sure the propane tank and fires are put off when grill and firepit not in use.
9) Please be mindful of the quiet hours
10) Please keep the noise/music down especially in the deck. Neighbors tend to call police over excessive noise.
11) Please do not keep thermostat too low in summer. Anything below 70 degrees will be switched back to 70 degrees automatically.
12) Please clean the lint in the dryer before use. Its a fire hazard
13) Please do not keep the garage or casita AC below 70. AC does not cool below 30 degrees the outside temperature. It might freeze and will not work. Any maintenance will cost extra cost to the guests.
14) Please log off streaming services from smart TV`s before you leave.
15) Both the main house and casita is yours to enjoy.
16) Max 2 pets are allowed and there is an additional cost of $90 per pet.
