Wake up a beautiful sunrise located right in South Georgia. JP is a large and spacious lodge that will sleep up to 24 guests and has plenty of outdoor acreage to explore, offering your group or family a fun and enjoyable space. Guests will enjoy private bedrooms/bathrooms and living areas with loads of square footage to give privacy and space. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this country lodge. The space features an open-concept layout, a woodsy color scheme with stark contrasts, wood surfaces, and tasteful furnishings and decor. You will love the views from our large lake and the peacefulness of the country. Pick from one of our 6 bedrooms, drop your bags, and explore the space. Upstairs, you will find a pool table, a large gaming table, a TV, and a bar area. Downstairs, you will find a large chef's kitchen with everything needed to cook a gourmet dinner. We have 2 large dining tables that sit 10 each, plus another table that can be accessed to sit another 6. The large double-sided gas /wood fireplace is great for those cool nights in the large family room or outside on the screened-in porch.
Outdoors, cast a line into the stocked lake for catch-and-release fishing, lounge on the dock, or gather around the fire pit, complete with seating. Sunsets are a favorite time of day overlooking the lake.

JP would love to host your wedding/event.
Tables and chairs for 200 guests will be available in February of 2026. Upon booking, you will need to purchase event insurance to protect you and your guest. You will also need to sign a contract agreeing to rules of the property.
Pricing:
*Micro Weddings/Events (50 or fewer guests) - stay plus $1000 for use of the lodge and outside.
*Micro Weddings/Events (50 or fewer guests) - stay plus $2000 if you choose the event room with table and chairs
*Weddings or Events for (51-75 people) - stay plus $1,500 for the lodge
*Weddings/Events (51-75 guests) - stay plus $3000
includes event room and table and chairs
*Weddings over 75 people - $7,800 (includes the stay for the weekend, tables and chairs, event room, and outside space.)
