Property was spotless. Layout was a bit awkward. Could not get bedroom tv to work and there was a plumbing issue. Host was responsive. Neighborhood is up and coming. Still evolving.

We would also like to note that your reservation was made for 2 guests; however, 6 guests stayed at the property, with multiple additional visitors coming and going throughout the reservation. This was a violation of our house rules, which are clearly stated prior to booking. Our property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we work hard to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and other guests. We also addressed any concerns that were brought to our attention during your stay as promptly as possible. We appreciate your stay and your comments, and we will continue working to improve the guest experience.

The property is very clean and well maintained. We had everything we need for our stay. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. There is a metro station in the neighborhood. During our stay we used Uber to visit the downtown attractions which was more convenient for us.

It was a great stay at Tina’s house. She was very prompt and easy to contact. The house was clean and well-maintained, but smaller than how it look last in the photos. The house is located on the road-side so it can be a bit noisy but it was good overall.The sofa bed room is very spacious on the top of the house, but the ventilator is very loud so it is not easy to sleep in. Sure it can be addressed. Other than that, the location is easy to get around and the house is clean and nice.
