This first-floor apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a closet with storage space. The private terrace overlooks the building’s green area, offering a peaceful corner to relax. Guests also have access to the rooftop with pool, fitness center, and underground parking.

Guests will have access to the building’s amenities, including the rooftop with pool and views, fitness center, and underground parking.
The Neighborhood:
Set in a quiet residential area, the property is close to beach clubs and the Caribbean Sea. Just minutes away, Fifth Avenue offers restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and malls, making it the perfect base to explore Playa del Carmen.
Getting Around:
The beach is only three blocks away, and essentials are within easy reach. Walking and cycling are convenient, while having a car allows you to explore nearby supermarkets, shopping centers, and attractions at your own pace.
Other Things to Note:
Enter and leave the property at the times specified for check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately report any damage or incidents on the property. Do not exceed the number of guests specified in the reservation. POOL & SKY BAR RULES 1. Hours of operation are from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 2. Glass objects (glasses, bottles, plates, etc.) are not permitted in the Pool & Sky Bar area. 3. No food or beverages of any kind are permitted in the Pool & Sky Bar area. 4. Remaining in and/or using the Pool & Sky Bar Area while under the influence of alcohol, psychotropic or psychoactive substances is prohibited. 5. Entering the Pool & Sky Bar Area with coolers, tape recorders, and/or sound equipment is prohibited. 6. Entering the pool with inflatables and/or very large toys is prohibited. If minors disturb others, they will be asked to remove the toy in question. 7. Management is not and will not be responsible for items left behind in the Pool & Sky Bar area. 8. Please note that we do not have lifeguards on duty. 9. Running in the Pool & Sky Bar area is prohibited. 9. Running is prohibited in the Pool & Sky Bar area. 10. Diving into the pool is prohibited. Please note that the pool is 1.30 meters deep. 11. Babies and minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. 12. Access to the Pool & Sky Bar area without appropriate clothing is prohibited. 13. Use of the pool and Sky Bar is at your own risk. 14. The property is pet-friendly; however, for health and allergy reasons, pets are not allowed in common areas, including service animals. Pets must remain inside the condominiums and not in common areas. When walking your pets, please ensure they are on a leash. In the event of an accident inside the building, the pet owner must clean the affected area. 15. Visitors are not permitted to use the facilities. GYM & SPA 1. Hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 2. Use of the equipment and facilities is at your own risk. 3. Children under 15 years of age are not permitted. 4. Please wear appropriate clothing and athletic shoes in the gym area. 5. Please wear a swimsuit, robe, towel, and flip-flops in the spa area. 6. Please bring a personal towel with you at all times to wipe away your sweat and clean the equipment you use. 7. Please return equipment to its place after use in the gym area. 8. Please respect the maximum number of people allowed in a given space. 9. Please note that not all services offered in the gym and spa area are free for owners and guests. 10. Visitors are not allowed to use the facilities. HALLWAYS, LOBBY, ELEVATORS, STAIRS, AND PARKING 1. The lobby is open full-time from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. (Outside these hours, please go to the reception desk for assistance.) 2. Minors are not allowed to walk around or be in the hallways, lobby, elevators, stairways, or parking lot without a responsible adult. 3. Minors and adults are prohibited from using the lobby area as a living room or “lounge.” 4. The lobby area may not be used as a meeting room and/or makeshift office for promotional and/or commercial activities. 5. The Building Administration and the Owners' Association are not and will not be responsible for items left in the hallways, lobby, elevators, stairways, and parking lot, nor for any type of theft that may occur in the apartment unit or its interior. 6. The Building Administration and the Owners' Association assume no responsibility for the use of the parking facilities. a) Damage caused to parked vehicles, whether caused by acts of vandalism, natural phenomena, accidents, or any other reason that may occur due to the unit or its interior. 7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the condominium. Failure to comply with this provision will be punished with a fine of USD 250. 8. All visitors, without exception, must announce themselves and register with identification at the reception desk.
