Our stay at this property provided us with the space, peace and serenity our family needed on this trip to Charlottesville to out my grandson to rest. The host quickly addressed any concerns that arose. There was new sectional sofas that provided 2 separate pull out beds. There was an abundance of linens and cleaning supplies if needed. The pool water was fresh and sparkling and the extended 3 level deck was inviting. We truly enjoyed the peaceful environment. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the futures. A shopping center was about 10 minutes away. Charlottesville was less than 30 minutes away to include the airport. We would highly recommend.

The ad is a bit misleading. There are zero working televisions in the property. There is one live seat so seating space is limited. I would recommend the host investing in some furniture and smart TV’s. The house was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. I would not recommend for a family for the reasons above.

This home fit the needs of my family that were visiting from out of town for my wedding. The only feedback that I got was that they wished there was a TV for them to use. Also there was minimal seating available in the living room so the family couldn't all be together in one common space.

Absolutely horrible. The host is not responsive even when we reached out to him four days in advance asking if we could do an early check-in we got to the date of the booking to check in and the host never responded. He wasn’t even reached out to my Vrbo and never responded, causing my family to spend extra money to now go out and find another location. I wouldn’t advise never booking with this host. We have booked another reservation for three weeks from now, which we’ve also canceled due to the unprofessionalism of this host.
