This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them).

We live on the property, but most guests don’t see us unless they ask to. If we do see you out we will introduce ourselves but otherwise will continue on unless you let us know you’d like to chat or need something. We will follow your lead. We know some guests like complete privacy and others enjoy a chat with a stranger!

We chose this neighborhood because all the properties have large lots so it feels very private while also still providing the safety of homes around us.

We use the suite for our family when they visit and we live on the same property, so it is part of our home. That means all the features, amenities, and general upkeep are what we would buy and do for ourselves and our family. No cheap or easy routes taken when it comes to your stay! Plus, we are close by so if any problem does arise during your stay or you find yourself in need of an every day item we can usually be made available immediately.
