We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The host was excellent — very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Can't say enough positive feedback!. Property was super clean inside and out. Everything we needed, and in the most walkable part of town to the beach, restaurants, shops...Beds and sofa very comfortable. husband always runs out of ice, not once this trip. All new appliances and large tvs a plus in the evenings.

Tom was a great host and responded quickly when we had questions. We loved Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was walking distance to many restaurants and to the beach. Highly recommend this area.

The location was excellent—about a block between 27th and 28th Avenue with easy access to the beach. The place itself was clean and well kept. There's a Turkish restaurant nearby, a convenience store just down the street, and you can catch the Sun Beach Trolley right off the road, which was super convenient.On our last day, I wasn't able to finish running the dishwasher because a breaker flipped. I notified the host and they said they would take care of it.One thing to note if you're traveling with pets: the yard area is covered in decorative seashells. We brought our two dogs, and our older dog who has mobility issues had a hard time navigating the shells and using the yard comfortably.Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay in IRB largely because of our experience with this unit. We arrived to find it clean and ready to use with everything provided that we needed to cook and do daily activities. Wifi speed is good. They have large TVs in every room (bring your own login unless you want to watch tubi). Dishwasher cleans well, as does the washer and dryer. The unit is 2 blocks from public access to the beach. So it is very convenient to go there daily. Plus there are 2 one person kayaks available to use. There are multiple restaurant options close by and a short drive over the bridge provides multiple grocery store options. We had questions a few times during our trip and the host was very quick to respond with help. Definitely recommended.

This is like staying at a beach house, one block from Indian Rocks Beach. The 2 bedroom condo was spotless, for our arrival, and the king size beds in each bedroom were great for our group of 2 couples. The street is very quiet at night, yet only one block to the beach. The property is nicely renovated with a real beach house feel. All linens, blankets, and towels were clean and in great shape. The kitchen had all of the basics required to cook, on the stove, and in the oven. The property has a nice back yard with small stones, and you can find lounging chairs, small tables with umbrellas, and kayaks to use- the 2 kayaks are shared with the property next door. The condo came with the use of a golf cart which seats 4 people, which was a fun addition. One can cross Gulf Boulevard to get to the beach, with the cart, but cannot drive on Gulf Boulevard, due to local rules, but you can travel a fair ways down the coast, on the intercoastal side, where the condo is, and access coffee shops, and restaurants with the buggy if desired. The parking includes a numbered spot which provides space for the golf cart, and one car behind the cart. We had 2 cars for part of our stay, but were still able to accommodate, as there were 2 open/non numbered parking spaces in between the 2 properties. One can take the city trolly from gulf boulevard up to Clearwater beach, or south, down the coast. Our host, Tom, was very helpful, before and during our lovely beach stay.
