This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have used. It absolutely deserves the rating it has received from other renters. Every thing was very clean and well stocked. The hosts provided more than expected in the way of extras and the uniqueness of this home was wonderful. It was more spacious than shown on the website photos . We definitely will rent the next time we visit family in this area.

The cottage was very clean and decorated with a lot of charm and character. It was even decorated for the holiday season, which made it even more welcoming. The host supplied all unforeseen amenities and welcoming snacks. This is such a unique cottage right down to the front door key!

Charming cottage, beautifully decorated, many, old homey feeling. Great snacks, everything you need provided. Loved the Avon car collection in the medicine cabinet. We give it a 10! The only negative was a guy walked in the door asking if the store was open!

The "old store" was clean, charming, well-decorated, and lovely. It was nice to see something old being made useful and beautiful again! The owner provided several special touches such as a tray of fruits and treats in the kitchen and a selection of special bathroom amenities. There was even a phonograph with albums to use for one's listening pleaure! In the humid heat of central Alabama, I was ever so grateful for the well-working AC!There was considerable traffic noise and siren noise while we were there which made uninterrupted sleep difficult. Hopefully, that is not normal. Also, one message to our host went unanswered; the response may not have been critical, but having it ignored wasn't for the best, either.It is a lovely place to stay!
