Bambuh is located just outside Chiang Rai city centre in a quiet, natural setting that offers a slower and more local side of the region. The property is surrounded by villages, rice and pineapple fields, foothills, a hill-tribe village, local waterfalls and forest areas, with direct access to the countryside right from the property.
What I enjoy most about the area is the balance between tranquility and convenience. Guests can relax in the garden, spend time in the pavilions or on their balcony, and experience everyday Thai life around us, while still being within easy reach of the city and its attractions. Many of Chiang Rai’s main sights are outside the centre anyway, so Bambuh works well as a peaceful base for exploring places like the Black House Museum, which is even walkable from the property.
