Chasin Turkeys is a Charming 2-bedroom Lakefront cabin in Red River Groge

Experience Red River Gorge like a local in this adorable 2-bedroom cabin. With 3 queen beds and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, our place is perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy the marvelous amenities like Wifi, hot tub, AC, hiking, fire pit and lakefront views. Our cabin will help you feel at home while you're there enjoying the great outdoors or stay at the cabin and relax.

Chasin Turkeys is a newly constructed cabin that comfortably sleeps 6-8 people. Direct access to Campton Lake in your own front yard. Bring your own kayak, paddle board, water float(s) and spend the day out on the water. Or bring your fishing gear and see what you can catch.

Relax in our 4-5 person hot tub on the lower deck

Our cabin offers you a mater bedroom with a queen bed and 45" Samsung smart tv, loft with 2 additional queen beds. Living room has a cozy couch that converts into a queenish size bed and a 55" Roku Smart TV. Enjoy our fully functional kitchen with full size appliances and filled with all the necessary utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Very Spacious bathroom has an open walk-in shower and double vanity. We also have a laundry closet with standing washer/dryer combo unit.

Outdoor amenities include double deck with amazing lakefront views of Campton Lake, charcoal grill, 4-5 person hot tub, fire pit, patio chairs, string lights on lower deck, and a charcoal grill.

Gravel road, 4x4 is recommended during winter weather.

Great off the grid stay. Definitely need a 4x4 to reach the cabin, it could use better signs so one doesn’t take the wrong gravel road. As there are multiple forks in the road. My family and I loved once we found it. Clean with everything you need to enjoy the stay. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you!!

Great cabin with awesome views! Water feature was nice, fun for the kids to play around in. Road back to the cabin was pretty rough terrain, but we were able to make it in a van. Very nice place!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Nice and secluded with a nice view of the water. The host is very responsive and accommodating. One thing I will say is you will definitely need 4x4 to get to it. Imo. We loved it here and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin and location, definitely off road and maybe a little rough on smaller cars with no 4x4. Cabin was well kept and in great shape but the hot tub gave one of our friends that stayed with us what her doctor called "hot tub foliculitus", it looks like a real bad rash but she is fine. Aside from that it was a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly clean, well-kept, and welcoming. It’s clear the owners take great pride in maintaining the space.The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for—peaceful, cozy, and relaxing. The highlight for us was the view overlooking Wolfe Lake, which was absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning and evening. It really made the whole trip feel special.This was the perfect getaway for my wife and me, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We would absolutely book this cabin again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic place to unwind.

This host made it smooth and easy. Communication was great. The cabin is beautiful and clean. Loved the view. Got a little turned around getting to it, but that’s on google maps. The drive way is a bit rough and they have a steep hill. But the host did tell me about it and recommended a 4by4. Which I’m so grateful that I followed the advice. Over all we enjoyed the peaceful location. The only thing I was disappointed with was the hot tub water was cloudy. But having a hot tub myself I know all to well what happens when someone gets in it with lotion. So it’s hard for me to blame the host. If you want a clean and peaceful place this is the place!

Overall a great weekend getaway! The drive up is kinda sketchy. Very narrow 1 lane gravel road. We did see some Wild Turkeys! The cabin is cute but could have been cleaned better, floors were a little dirty. The lake is not as close as I thought but still a great view. You can hear some traffic from the road across the lake, it personally did not bother me. Getting to & from the lake is a workout. The pier was nice to lay out on but I did find a fishing hook with my foot (it's fine!). Firework debris & some glass down by the lake. We were able to feel the lake water but there is not an easy way to get in. Hot tub was great and outdoor chairs were nice to have. Stairs are slick when wet. Overall a nice cabin & would recommend!

The cabin was very spacious and clean. The kids enjoyed the lake access, hot tub, and fire pit. The cabin was furnished nicely with all the essentials of home, as well as numerous board games and books.

We stayed for 3 nights with family of 5. Had a great time. Cabin was very private. Cabin walks out to a lake for easy fishing access. Communication was exceptional!!! Loved the hot tub.

A very nice get away for several days as an anniversary trip. It’s a very private, beautiful cabin. It’s only 10 minutes from town, so it’s very accessible as well.

We had a wonderful time. The host was very easy to get into contact with. The house had a large amount of both bath and pool towels provided which was great. We had 2 small families stay at the cabin and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the house being right on the lake! We had so much fun and plan to stay here again!

The property was beautiful! It was a little too cold to swim in the lake still, but we enjoyed the hot tub! The property was clean, we had all the dishes and towels we needed and the WiFi worked
