Victory Lake Place is ready for Families, Fishermen, Hunters to enjoy this simple home just right for unwind after enjoying your chosen actives in Eufaula, OK.

NO STAIRS!! Perfect for Family get togethers with dock, ample parking, large fenced yard for outdoor games for Adults and Kids (Horseshoes, Basketball, Corn hole, Croquet, etc). Covered Carport to use for grilling good weather or bad. Indoor games also available (Card Games, Tile Games, Board Games, Puzzles).

Amenities like a washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, Pack-n-play onsite, Kid (or Pet) gate at hallway. Kitchen has Toaster Oven, Air Fryer, Electric Tea Pot, Electric Griddle, Toaster, Coffee Maker.

Fishermen/Boaters the small private dock is available for your boat (s), walking distance to dock & boat ramp.

Close to #9 Marina, 6 miles from town for shopping or entertainment and 18 minute to Eufaula Dam for excellent fishing below the dam. Restaurants, Dollar General Market and Gas Station all close and convenient. Maximum of Up to 10 Adults plus kids, beds for 16 total with 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 double bunk beds and 1 twin bunk beds, this enchanting property is perfect for families or groups of friends. (Top Bunks for Kids ONLY, 150lb total weight limit).

Super kind host! The beds were comfy and the water stayed hot enough for 12 people to shower back to back. We loved being walking distance to the water and having a dock to tie the boat up to was the cherry on top! Will definitely be back!

Great spot, host was excellent and answered any questions I had really quick. House was ice cold which was perfect because it was triple digits outside.
