You`ll get a key fob for indoor gym 24 hr access at checkin. The same key fob will open the pool area for you during pool hours. Pool is seasonal so please feel free to use it when its open 9am to 10pm Monday to Sunday.

We have a valet trash service that picks up your trash right outside of your door. Just place your tied up kitchen size trash bag in the black dedicated bins outside of your door on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday by 7pm EST and we will throwout the trash for you!

For Pet owners - there is a onsite dog park. Please follow the pet policy in the rules guideline and on the fence when using the dog park.
Pet Policy:

• Pets are not allowed to stay on the patio or anywhere outside on the property unattended.

• No eating or pottying on the patio or front door as this attracts pests. Extra cleaning will result in additional charges billed back to guest beyond standard cleaning fees.

• Report any accidents inside the home immediately so we can address stains promptly. Extra charges will be billed back to the guest for pet related damage or deep cleaning.

• Dogs must be leashed at all times unless inside the designated dog park.

You might be asked to leave or pay additional fees for not following these rules, depending on the situation.
