This cabin is at the highest point of this area and the views were amazing. From the listing of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, I assumed each bedroom had access to a bathroom, but upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, and there is a full bathroom in the basement away from all bedrooms. I found this out right before our stay only because I asked for the lay out. I probably wouldn't have booked this cabin if I had known the layout at the time of booking.
Guest contact was very attentive even though it was a holiday weekend.
For the cabin itself, we found several minor issues and many parts were outdated and just didn't look nice (hot tub cover was shredding in the inside and there were no head rests in it, cabinet knobs and door knobs were loose). The washer wasn't working and the dryer stopped working as well, but the guest contact told us he would issue us a credit for that inconvenience since he was unable to get anyone to come out to repair it.
The pool table was not in good shape and only one pool stick was usable. The basement (game room) was so cold compared to the rest of the house that we hardly stayed down there. The walls between the bedrooms upstairs were so thin, we had very little privacy.
We saw mice multiple times, and although that's to be expected in the mountains, we had to clean out the entire silverware tray multiple times after finding droppings in it.
Overall, we had a great time with our family but I wouldn't book this cabin again, simply because there are so many options out there in better condition.
