This beautifully updated 2 bedroom 2 bath corner lot home with a private fenced in back yard is located just steps from one of South Florida's award-winning public beaches with lifeguards. We are in a quiet neighborhood just two short blocks to our city's spectacular new public beach, shops, restaurants and new fishing pier.
The two-bedroom two-bath home has a queen bed in each of the bedrooms. Amenities include a fully functional kitchen, cable TV and WiFi included, central air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, fresh linens and bedding, hair dryer, beach towels and gear, front loading washer and dryer

It is centrally located in the oceanside community of Pompano Beach, 15 minutes north of downtown Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes south of Boca Raton. Easy access to waterfront restaurants, shops, snorkel/dive boats, charter fishing boats, jet ski and boat rentals, gym, day spa and more. The closest 36-hole golf facility is a five-minute drive.
I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to all South Florida business centers, attractions and shopping.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful 3 month stay at Tom’s home. The home was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. Great location, close to the beach and quiet. Tom was a fantastic host and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved it. The house is in phenomenal condition and the location was super. Owner was very responsive to our needs, which were few because everything you need is already at the house. Would highly recommend this home.

Beach life

So close to the ocean. 2min walk. Beach area is well kept and right in the center of pompano beach attractions. Home was spotless and perfect for my family of 4 and dogs. Owner was beyond thoughtful and accommodating. I'll be coming back!

BETTER THAN EXPECTED

We were extremely pleased with this rental property. The owner met us upon arrival and stayed in contact, as needed, throughout our stay. Tom was gracious enough to let us know about places to dine and of entertainment in the immediate area. Many evenings we went to restaurants within a ten minute walk from the house. The house is complete with everything that you need and more. The kitchen has updated appliances, dishes and tableware. The washer and dryer appeared to be new and functioned like new. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the enclosed patio and the front porch for morning coffee, evening drinks and visits with guests. The enclosed patio was also a great area for using the gas grill to prepare our "eat in" meals. The neighborhood was safe and worked well for morning and evening walks with our dog. The beach is a very short walk away. Included with the house were beach chairs, a beach umbrella and coolers for our use. Our experience was so good that we are looking forward to returning another time.

EXCELLENT VACATION HOUSE

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. From beginning to end the owner, Tom, was extremely accommodating and gracious. The house was impeccable, very clean, neat and well equipped with all amenities necessary to enjoy your vacation. My family of four adults and two teenagers would highly recommend this, we felt right at home. Great rental!

Wonderful house, great location!

We spent two months at this wonderful house. My elderly parents, sister and two dogs, we all had a relaxing time. The house has everything you may need; I can't think of any amenity that would be missing. Fully equipped kitchen, very nice and comfortable bedding, great entertainment systems and great location. We celebrated my father's 80th birthday in the house and the space was perfect, the enclosed patio is a great area for entertaining. I was able to take my dogs on long walks around the neighborhood which is safe and pedestrian friendly. Neighbors were kind and very amicable. The owner was a perfect host wanting to make sure you enjoy the house and your time in Pompano. There are all kinds of restaurants at walking distance, a great neighborhood pub to drink and dance and of course the beach is right there! We even enjoyed the holiday boat parade just a couple of blocks down the street! Couldn't have asked for a better place, a better time or a better host. We'll make plans to come back!

Charming beach house!

My family of five and our two medium-sized dogs stayed here in July and August, 2015. Being a two bedroom home, I assumed we would be extremely cozy together. Remarkably, we had more than enough space for everyone, even the dogs were happily spread out. Taking advantage of the twin pullout bed, our three young kids comfortably slept together in one, large bedroom with room to spare. This inviting beach home is extremely clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable. Its obvious the owner puts a lot of thought and consideration is put into ensuring your stay is a pleasurable one. The kitchen is great - equipped with everything needed and then some. We were happy to find choice items to use, such as stainless steel pots and pans, a Keurig and even a Vitamix. We made great use of the outdoor grill. Its really nice, relaxing on the large, enclosed patio, sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails. We could lounge around, watching the bedroom televisions and there’s a larger entertainment system in the living room, mounted over the fireplace. Neighborhood is calm and very friendly. Location is fantastic. Walking to shops and restaurants nearby is easy. Best of all, its an effortless, five minute walk to the beach. Route is a straight shot, using a convenient crosswalk and paved beach access I felt totally secure walking with my absentminded, super-excited kiddos. To keep their hands free, we got a beach wagon at the Pompano Costco. We loaded it with the provided beach chairs (the nice, Tommy Bahama ones that you can wear like a backpack), umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and cooler so we could easily roll it back and forth, every day. There are showers at the beach access, but you can shower again at the house, using the outdoor shower on the patio. The kids loved outdoor shower time and I loved the privacy that allowed them to clean and hang their swimsuits. Overall, we had such a wonderful time staying here and I can’t wait for the opportunity to return.

Another winter a the Shorebirds rent home

This is our second three month rental of this great property. We found the house in the same immaculate condition as our first year. The owner was as congenial and helpful as he was on our first visit. The location is wonderful for enjoying South Florida. The house itself was in great shape and ready for you to live without stress.The home entertainment equipment is top notch and easy to use. We highly recommend this as a first class rental property.

A great place to stay

This house which although itself is not new, has been almost entirely renovated and was a great place to stay on vacation. It is a 3-5 minute walk to one of the nicest areas of the East Coast beaches that we have been to. The owner, extremely pleasant to deal with, provides chairs and umbrellas for your use. The kitchen had a full compliment of appointments and the beds were extremely comfortable. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine and all the necessities to get you started. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to vacation in Pompano.

easy comfort-new renovation, thoughtfully equipped

My family of 4 settled right into this clean, comfortable home. Location is great, a few blocks from the beach. We had plenty of room to "live' in Pompano for 2 weeks and cooked in for many of our meals. The kitchen is newly stocked and very functional. We found our way around Pompano easily from this location. Tom is very responsive to questions and clearly put a lot of care into renovating this house. Rain shower in master bath is a winner. We will definitely consider this house for a return to Pompano.
