Check in was a breeze. Home is lovely, spacious, well stocked and in a private, peaceful and beautiful location on the island. Would definitely stay again!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great location. Blissfully quiet. Exceptionally clean. Amazingly well stocked. Easy communication. If you get a chance to stay here, do.

Perfect House

We had a wedding to attend at Albany and this house is less than 5 minutes away! It was so convenient and easy to travel back and forth, which we did a lot. The house had everything we needed and then some. From the iron and steamer to the beautiful pool and outdoor space, we felt very much at home and comfortable. The kitchen has every tool and the beds were very comfortable. The location was also perfect for many restaurants in Lyford Cay. Anytime we had a question, Claudette replied quickly. We will definitely come back to New Providence and stay here again!

Family Christmas Vacation 2018

This year our family of 6 adults spent our vacation in the Bahama's at a home owned by Brian Davis. His home was everything we were looking for, 3 bedrooms, 21/2 baths with a private pool. Brian was very easy to deal with, any questions we had he was quick to answer/handle. It was like being at home. Before we arrived he gave us information/internet links on activities, stores, and things for our family to do. Our adult children enjoyed the advantages of being in a private home to spread out and relax. The only things that they mentioned that would have made it better would have be if the pool was warmer, but it was a good size and very clean and did I mention PRIVATE. Thanks again for a vacation to remember Brian.
