The layout also features a spacious living room, full kitchen, and private home theater. The backyard and pool are shared with the long-term garage tenant, but your portion of the home is fully private. Guests have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, including the kitchen, living room, home theater, and laundry area. You’ll also have access to the shared backyard and pool area. The garage unit is completely separate and not part of your rental. We’re available throughout your stay if you need anything. Feel free to message us with any questions or requests — we’re here to help make your experience smooth and enjoyable while also respecting your privacy. We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options at an affordable rate when available. If the option is open, we’ll gladly let you know, or you can always ask us in advance.

If extended hours aren’t possible, please plan to check out on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare for the next guests. Please note that late check-out without prior approval may result in an additional charge, up to the equivalent of the nightly rate.

The converted garage is occupied by a long-term tenant and is not part of the listing. The backyard and pool are shared. Quiet hours begin at 11 PM. Please keep movie theater volume low in the evenings. One of the trundle beds in the kids’ room doesn’t fully extend — best suited for children. No parties or unauthorized guests allowed.

Safety Notice: For the safety of all guests, children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spending time in the outdoor areas.
