Currently in the process of getting this rating reviewed, as this is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home NOT a 3 bedroom 1 bath. Additionally, Texas weather can get hot outdoors if you are not from here. We do feel we went above and beyond to accommodate guest throughout their stay during Memorial weekend.

We are not surprised with a less than perfect review from this guest. Our check in time is 4pm. Due to Covid new cleaning protocols we must follow new cleaning procedures and open all windows to air out the house. A minimum of 4 hours between stays. She became upset by the Covid guidelines, and didn't want to wait even if it's for the safety of all guest and CDC guidelines. If your a homeowner you understand appliances go out. Nothing was wrong with the washing machine because housekeeping used it that day. Dishwasher went out the third day of her stay and we replaced it with a new one that same day. Upon her arrival she saw us replacing two lightbulbs in the dining room. But, the under microwave night light was out. I feel like a 3 star review is unfair but what can we do, when she messages that there isn't a hand towel to dry her hands when there's plenty of them in the linen closet next to her and a roll of paper towels on the island!

Thank you for booking with us. I'm glad your family of 12 and dog loved the home. I know it was your first VRBO stay, as mentioned upon check in if there is any concerns about anything you could have reached out to us about dust and we would have sent back housekeeping. We also don't advertise TV's in every bedroom, just living room and master bedroom. A 3 star rating is unfair especially when we are not given an opportunity to make things better during your stay. We have contacted our housekeeping company to ensure they are being more thorough.

Doug thank you for staying with us. We always we strive for perfection and for all guest to have a pleasant stay. Upon check in we always ask our guest if there is anything you need to not hesitate to ask. As far as ants, we went through the guest book which is left on the island for you to reference and our quarterly pest control was done three weeks prior. If there are any issues their phone number is listed. Thank you for making us aware of the garbage disposal. We will look into that. Some bathroom racks can become loose due to kids hanging on them or towels being pulled too hard, but we can tighten them.

I'm glad you and your family enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your stay and nice review. As advertised the home has high speed internet via WIFI and ROKU streaming services in the living room and master bedroom. This allows guest a great selection of movies and shows. As far the beds, there were only two bedrooms furnished at the time which included brand new Sealy mattresses. The other two rooms were vacant. This summer we now have all four bedrooms furnished.
