Well cared for, recently updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in private, rural setting with many nearby attractions and amenities including downtown Shippensburg and Shippensburg University; Michaux State Park and Pine Grove Furnace; and Amish and Mennonite culture, food, and shopping. Set up with fully equipped kitchen, two desk/spaces, ample parking (including garage), two smart TV/living areas, laundry facilities, and a screened in patio and plenty of yard space.

Please note: The house has three bedrooms. One with a queen bed, one with a full bed, and one with two twin beds. Upon request, we can also set up one or two rollaway twin-size beds in the basement living room area.

Enjoyed our 3 day stay at this house in rural Shippensburg. It’s out in the country yet close enough to drive to restaurants and shops. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were just the right amount. Very clean and the host (David) was very responsive with any questions we had. Absolutely enjoyed watching TV on the large screen in the living room. Would definitely stay there again!

Host was very responsive and check-in was super easy. The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials and then some. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay, and we appreciate the pet-friendliness so our cat could enjoy it with us! Would definitely recommend!

I couldn’t find anything negative to say about this property or host if I wanted to. The house is perfect: immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable, everything we could have needed had been anticipated and supplied. WOW! This was the VRBO of all VRBOs. I wish I could give ten stars. Clean, cozy, well stocked, organized, tastefully decorated, quiet, easy in easy out! David was great to “talk” to and went above and beyond to respond to any questions before and during our visit.

I booked this home for a week and a half while moving cross-country and dealing with some unexpected car issues and it turned out to be the perfect place to land. Chris was an incredibly accommodating host. He let me check in a bit early and he even recommended a fantastic car repair shop just a short walk away, which was a huge help.The house itself was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The kitchen was well stocked with quality appliances and cookware, making it easy to cook and feel at home. I also appreciated the little modern touches like the robo vacuums that kept everything spotless with no effort on my part.The living area was super comfortable. The sofas were perfect for relaxing and I enjoyed a few movie nights on the big screen TV. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations and made a stressful situation so much easier. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home!
