3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom with High Ceilings, Spacious Layout and No Stairs

The apartment is approximately 220 m², and all bedrooms, including their relative sizes and layouts, are clearly shown in the listing photos. One bedroom is smaller than the other two, but this is accurately represented before booking and is not a defect with the property. Regarding the air conditioning, as you mentioned, our team responded immediately and resolved the issue. Most importantly, we have never had an ongoing bed bug issue at this property. There were no reports before your stay and there have been no reports since. The entire apartment, including all bedding and linens, is professionally cleaned and prepared between every reservation. We have not received a similar hygiene or bed bug complaint from any other guest. We therefore cannot confirm the source of what you experienced. Nevertheless, whenever you raised a concern during your stay, our team responded promptly and did its best to assist immediately. We take cleanliness and guest feedback seriously, while also wanting to provide accurate context for future guests.
