Come to Beaver Creek and enjoy great skiing and snowboarding, a wonderful family environment and the beauty of the mountains and our unique Village and resort. This beautiful four bedroom, five bathroom townhouse, with great mountain views, is the perfect venue for your winter vacation. It is perfectly situated - two minutes to the Highlands chairlift and a short walk into the Village.

Guests are already planning their winter, Christmas and spring break vacations. Rent direct from owner and receive substantial discounts off rental agency rates! Enjoy beautiful sweeping views of Larkspur Bowl, Centennial and Strawberry on Beaver Creek Mountain. Conveniently walk to the heart of Beaver Creek Village, enjoying wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, Vilar Performing Arts Center, ice skating rink and more. FREE resort shuttle.

Three bedrooms have king beds and the fourth bedroom has four twin bunks (sleeps four people, great for kids). Each bedroom has a private bath and TV, making it an ideal property for large family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently remodeled. We also have an attached one car garage. We offer five-star concierge services (dinner reservations, rentals, day care, baby sitting, and more) and complimentary passes to the newly rebuilt Allegria Spa and fitness center in the Park Hyatt, just a five minute walk from our townhome.

Perfect condo for three families.

What a wonderful time. The condo was fully stocked. We fit 3 families very comfortably. The maid service midweek was a treat. Great location for us skiers with wonderful view of the mountain. The house was decorated nice and had a warm feeling. The beds were all comfortable. Thank you again we will be back.

Perfect condo for 2 families

Can't say enuf about this place. Locate across the street from chairlift access to BC. Great bedroom situation for 2 families (we were 4 adults with 6 kids) and all the kids stayed downstairs with the adult bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, were on the 2bd floor. Kitchen and LR on top floor. Amazing views of mountain. Stocked kitchen. All amenities. Great time. Owner super helpful. Would come again in a hot second.

Beautiful Condo!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this condo during the first week of February 2011. There were 9 of us (including a 6 month old and 23 month old). The bedrooms are all very spacious and have their own bathroom. There is also a bathroom adjacent to the kitchen which is very convenient. The condo is decorated beautifully and has a modern kitchen. There is a crib and pack-n-play available to use. There is a garage that we used to keep our skis and boots. We decided to keep our car outside because it was so nice to have the garage to change in and out of ski gear. There is also a mid-week cleaning service that changed sheets and towels. It is about a 300 foot walk to the Highlands Lift and we had so much snow that we could ski almost right up to the condo in the afternoon. There is a Jacuzzi outside and the condo has plenty of white fluffy robes for you to wear en route to the Jacuzzi. The condo is about a 5 minute walk to the Park Hyatt. One of the greatest things about Beavercreek is the “green bus” on demand service for all of Beavercreek village. You can just call a number and the bus will come pick you up at the condo and take you wherever you want to go – door to door service! The operator on the phone always said, “we’ll be there in less than 10 minutes, but it was usually about 3-4 minutes! This was especially nice with our infant and 23 month old – we could go down to the village easily and not worry about car seats or having to carry our 23 month old when he got tired from walking. If you are teaching your toddlers to ski, Beavercreek is great because the gondola takes them to the beginner terrain and they won’t get cold on the lift. We had a fabulous time (the 40 inches of powder helped, too!) and would definitely rent from these owners in the future. The owners were very easy to reach on the phone to answer questions before our trip. They also checked in on us the day we arrived to make sure we didn’t have any questions or problems. The owner returned the security deposit in a timely manner.

This town home is absolut...

This town home is absolutely gorgeous. The amenities offered are wonderful. The home is in perfect condition and is very comfortable. The view from the living room is absolutely spectacular. And it is conveniently located to everything.

Fresh powder at Thanksgiv...

Fresh powder at Thanksgiving. What a wonderful gift to our family to watch the Christmas Tree lighting and the fireworks over the roof of this spectacular property. Beaver Creek is truly a magical destination for any family. This unit is very accomdating for families of all ages. Thanks so much for the great opportunity and the wonderful holiday experience.
