Fantastic property in ideal location. Check in was seamless; access to amenities was simple; kitchen was well stocked with high quality appliances, pots, pans, and china; great living room for family; bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, well appointed, and comfortable.The property mgmt team was fantastic and addressed a few minor items in minutes!Will be staying again!

Great ski in and out

We have stayed other places in beaver creek several times. Loved the ski in and out of this property. Be aware - This is a three story condo and all bathrooms and bedrooms down at least one level from main floor.

Loved our stay. Property manager was always available for the minor questions we had. Excellent location for skiing and loved the ski locker outside the front door. Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Great Beaver Creek rental for large group

We had a great stay at this condo. It sleeps 11 easily with 4 large bathrooms. The kitchen is one of the most well-appointed I have ever experienced in a vacation rental. Location is great - 10 min walk to the village, fairly easy access to hiking trails from the unit. We would absolutely rent again for a summer vacation.

Great stay in Beaver Creek

This condo is very well located especially if you play tennis and enjoying hiking. Tennis courts are a short walk and there’s numerous hiking trails nearby. It’s a very nice condo but on the older side especially the bathrooms. Some of the TVs didn’t work very well but we were outside mostly so wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a great stay and would stay here again.

Perfect location

Perfect for teens and older adults. Ski in/ski out. Property is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment. Lower bathrooms could be updated at some point. Thank you- we had a great time.

The Most Wonderful Trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming townhouse in Beaver Creek. What a treat it was to ski right in and out every day, and the view from the living room and bedroom was phenomenal. We all said that we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. It was cozy, had beautiful light, is the best location, and it had everything we needed. And so much space! The service was also excellent and we felt taken care of from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Creating a memory

I’ve never skied so having a comfortable place to stay with views of the runs help get me excited to get on the slopes The townhouse provided a great rustic vibe and was such a relaxing place to prepare for the slopes as well as retreat after a day on the mountain And with it being ski in ski out we’ll be better prepared for our next visit with equipment rental that is delivered to the townhouse I can’t wait!

Perfect vacation

We have been to Beaver Creek numerous times over the years and happy we chose this home. Kitchen well equipped, lots of games to play, easy to walk everywhere. The house overlooks the tennis court and since it was summer, the players start very early. Not a problem, but expect to get up early if you enjoy windows open and the fresh mountain air. Only minor complaints are the living room sofa was not comfortable and the bed pillows were very stiff. Otherwise a much needed easy, relaxing vacation for our family of 5. Thank you!

Another amazing stay at Meadows S5

Our group comes to Beaver Creek once a year, and we've stayed at Meadows S5 several times now. This condo is perfect in every way. Cozy as can be, spacious for our group (each room having its own bathroom is really nice), and unparalleled access to the mountain. We love being able to hop on our skis about 20 yards from the condo and easily come back for lunch midday. My personal favorite part is waking up before others in our group, making some coffee, and looking out at the beautiful mountains through the giant windows to start each day. We hope to keep coming back. iTrip has also always been super responsive, which is not always the case with rentals. Thanks all for another amazing stay in Beaver Creek!

Open and Warm

The combined kitchen/dining/living space in this home was ideal for our family vacation. We rented two homes to accommodate all of us and each evening everyone came to our place to hang out. The views of the mountains and sunsets from the living room windows are amazing! I also would like to give a big shout out to Robin and Kris, the homeowner and neighbor who went above and beyond to get us extra parking spaces for our stay. This made it so much easier for our elderly parents, pregnant daughter and daughter’s family with a toddler to not do any more walking than needed. You all showed such kindness to complete strangers. Thank you!

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION

We arrived at the home and were told that there was no access to a pool or a hot tub, that we could use the pool in Avon. We were having issues with the televisions and the home was quite hot. We really wanted to swim and I was discouraged as I had picked the home because of the pool/hot tub access. I communicated that with the manager to verify that we didn't have a pool. I decided to rent another suite in the Park Plaza which had a pool and spa. The next day I was told that was an error and the home did have access to the lodge but I had already rented a second location. My main frustration was not with the facility but the lack of communication and ultimately professionalism. I asked if we could be refunded for the remainder of the trip and was told that we couldn't. The management then opened the booking for our dates even though I was told there would be no refund. I called a dozen times but no one ever responded. They refused to talk to me. It was unfortunate but we did manage to have a good time. I believe that direct communication would have resolved and alleviated the majority of my issues.
