YOUR CONDO
Welcome to Petro`s Myrtle Beach Paradise! This charming 4th-floor studio condo at the iconic Caravelle Resort offers the perfect blend of coastal comfort and breathtaking views. Located on the desirable Golden Mile, your beachfront retreat awaits.
Step inside this bright and airy space, where large glass doors fill the room with natural light. The private, southeast-facing balcony is the perfect spot for your morning coffee, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the resort pool below. In the evening, enjoy the glow of the Myrtle Beach skyline.
This cozy studio comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay:
**Sleeping Area:**
Features a comfortable King bed and blackout curtains for restful nights.
**Living Area:**
A full-size sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping space, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
**Fully Equipped Kitchen:**
Prepare your favorite meals with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers.
**Dining Nook:**
Enjoy meals at the wall table with seating for four. A large mirror cleverly reflects the ocean, allowing you to enjoy the view from every angle.
THE RESORT
You will have full private access to the entire studio condo, Unit 409, including the living and sleeping areas, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony.
As our guest at the Caravelle Resort, you can also enjoy a wide range of shared amenities:
* Direct Beachfront and Waterfront access, just steps from the sand
* Outdoor Pools, a lazy river, and a hot tub
* 7th-floor indoor Pool and hot tub
* On-site restaurants, a pizzeria, and a gift shop
* Coin-operated laundry facilities on the 1st floor
* Free on-site parking garage
Note: The on-site Tiki Bar is excluded from guest access. Some amenities, such as the lazy river and pizzeria, are seasonal and their availability is determined by the resort.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
**Rental Agreement:**
To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of reserving. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and means no large security deposit is required.
**Starter Supplies:**
We provide a starter supply of toiletries and paper products. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
**Beach Gear:**
Please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs for your time on the sand.
**Seasonal Availability:**
Please note that access to some resort amenities, such as the lazy river, hot tubs, and pizzeria, is subject to seasonal operation by the resort.
**Accessibility:**
The condo is a single-level unit located on the 4th floor with convenient elevator access. However, it is not fully ADA-accessible.
** Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs **
- Per Resort Policy there are no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RVs allowed on the resort property
Additional Rules
- No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. A $250 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.
- No Pets: We love animals, but pets are not allowed in this unit.
- No Parties or Events: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in immediate removal and additional fees.
- Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
- Respect the Property: Please treat the space as you would your own. Any damaged or missing items will be reported and charged accordingly.
- Towels & Linens: Do not take indoor towels or linens to the beach.
- Trash Removal: Please take out all trash before check-out and place it in the designated trash chute or bin.
- Please return parking pass and wristbands to the room to avoid any additional fees.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
