This unit is in the newly renovated Lighthouse tower building closest to the beach. The gutting and renovation will be completed by early Dec 2025 and will be gorgeous!! Everything will be new and some additional special things for the studio are the tub/shower combo has been replaced with a walk in shower for comfort and now there is also a full size refrigerator. There are only 24 of these ocean only facing units at the Surf allowing you to watch the sunset every evening from your private balcony!
A studio unit is similar to a hotel room but with more amenities. There is a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa along with a kitchenette with service for 4. Full size fridge, toaster, microwave and coffee maker along with the dishes and silverware etc to enable easy breakfasts and lunches. Even dinners are possible with the free BBQ areas outside on the grounds. Every unit has a furnished balcony too!!
You are walking distance to over 100 restaurants as well as entertainment and shopping. Very safe and you will always see families out walking even late at night. Everything is casual dress and you can use your room key to charge at the Ocean club and Marriott Stellaris Hotel and Casino next door. Lots of restaurants on the Marriott campus and many more just a few steps away. Taxis are always available and reasonable so you can venture out to explore other options and see the sights.
