Had a great stay in Fernie. Will definitely be back. Property was decent. Location is great with proximity to everything in minutes.

The host was very helpful whenever anything came up. Friendly to deal with. Very clean accommodations. Enjoyed my time there.

Comfy. Dodgy stairs if its freeze thaw situations, well stocked with towns linens. Amazing view waking up and heading out the door!

The space is perfect for a getaway in Fernie. All clean, in good working order and conveniently located. We did have a small issue. The batteries on the keypad went out while we were out of the condo. When we returned we couldn't get back in. Batteries die, that's no one's fault. We made contact with Chris who had someone there, on a weekend, to get key pad up and running within 10 minutes! Exceptional service. We will be back!!

The property was fine. We did not anticipate, being 60yrs to climb 20 stairs with suitcases, then another 14 steps to sleep. The steps down to the car in the mornings and to take the dog out to pee at 5am was terrifying!! The wooden stairs were frozen with frost and the entrance area at the top before the descent was an ice ring. My 60 yr old wife literally sat on her buttocks to get down the stairs. It was horrible. Our dog even fell. This will happen to every guest for the rest of the winter days and should be anticipated. No de icer or sand available. We will not stay here again.

We are so sorry about the difficulties you encountered with the stairs. Our team is always available to assist our guests with any and all issues that they may encounter. We have an on-call agent available 24 hours every day. A quick call or text could have resolved all of this for you.
