都心から車で30分、自然の中にある私有財産。 屋外のホットタブに座って、頭の上にオーロラ（北の光）を見ることができます。

Das Haus ist absolut höchster Standard.Natürlich mit Sauna (in Finnland Standard)aber super gestaltet mit vorgelagertem Dusch-und Ruhebereich.Der Hot-Pot draußen ist perfekt, so etwas findet man kaum bis gar nicht bei anderen Häusern. Schon gar nicht bei Winternutzung. Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit.Absolut empfehlenswert. Es ist sein Geld wert.Zimmer, Küche und die gesamte Einrichtung ließen keine Wünsche offen.Haus höchtem technischen Neveu

Everything was perfect, we were a family of 7 adults and we had an amazing time !The location and the place itself is great We could relax in the hot tub and the sauna after a big day in the cold weather, everything was clean and tidy, we could enjoy a few walks around the property as well.Do not hesitate to book this place !

4 night early December stay

Wow what a place. The lodge is amazing. The whole place is impeccably clean comfortable and welcoming. The lodge is right on the lake and has its own private drive and garden area leading to the lake. Which the children absolutely loved playing in. On our arrival we were met by Ari at the lodge, he gave us a great tour of the lodge and facilities ensuring we knew how to use the sauna and jacuzzi etc. Everything is provided, towels washing up liquid, shampoos etc. even sliders to get to and from the hot tub. The following day when going out we’d forgotten how to lock the door. We called Ari, the phone was answered immediately and helpful advice was given over the phone. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!

Wundervoller Urlaub!!!!

Das Haus hat wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Whirpool vor allem im Dunkeln mit Blick auf den Sternenhimmel und die Nordlichter einfach nur toll! Danach noch in die Sauna und dann Spieleabend! Die Fussbodenheizung auch sehr angenehm nach Spaziergängen an sehr kalten Tagen. Und die Lage am See unbezahlbar! Kann man wirklich nur weiterempfehlen! am a am See

Perfect stay

BEST VRBO EVER!!

There should be a way to give this home MORE stars! This is, by far, the very best rental home we've EVER stayed in. Ari is an AMAZING host. The home is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. The hot tub and sauna are both HUGE. The views are CRAZY WONDERFUL. Even though it's only a short 30-minut drive from Rovaniemi, we felt like we were COMPLETELY secluded from the outside world. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Wonderful and magical

This house is a hidden gem - beautifully laid out, quality furnishings, and an excellent fireplace! Our family stayed here for 5 nights, visiting Santa’s Village. The house is about a 30 minute drive from the city center, so is nice and quiet. We used the driveway for sledding, Which was a really fun time! Ari was a great host as well. We’d definitely recommend staying here to our friends and family!

All of the amenities without the crowds

We had an absolutely brilliant stay in this perfect cabin at the edge of the woods. It is a 25 min drive from Rovaniemi which means that you get to enjoy the quiet of nature and can still travel in to Rovaniemi for more organized vacation adventures. There is nothing missing from this property, the cabin has been renovated with top-of the line appliances and magnificent attention to detail. The sauna is beautiful, the hot-tub works well. There is lots of space and 6 adults could stay comfortably, 8 adults could stay cozily. Highly recommend this property and I will be passing the information on to our friends from home who are planning a similar adventure.

Villa Lumikko was an excellent place to stay for our honeymoon. Easy to find & the host Ari was there to meet us when we arrived. It was very homely with everything you could want in the kitchen (normally there is never enough pans/plates) but there were many here. The Hot Tub & Sauna were amazing, we enjoyed these most nights after days in the snow. Can't fault Ari or his Villa.
