Thanks for a beautiful stay in Sicily. Simple house with 2 good size rooms (with AC) and a small 3rd room. There is also an outside kitchen which is great for evening cooking and dining. The garden/ outdoor space is mature and really special. The house is simple and local amenities are a bit sparse but it has everything you need especially if you have a car. The local beach is great.

Nice calm location close to the sea

It is a nice calm location close to the sea. You need a car to get there, but the big advantage is that you can shortly walk to a nice sandy beach. Small flaw is that a dishwasher is missing.

Beautiful House near the beach

A lot of space outside, very friendly hosts, a bit dark inside but, anyway, you stay most of the time outside so it doesn't matter much. Beach is perfect, you can reach it within 5 minutes. There is a lot to explore in this area in a range of some minutes by car (you definitely need a car!). Highly recommended! Thanks a lot, Salvatore and Francesca!

Ideal location

The property was secluded, well appointed and very comfortable for 4 people. Having two bathrooms was great as well as having the use of the outdoor kitchen. The host, Salvatore, met us and then guided us to the location of the house. He provided us with recommendations of places to dine, which were quite good. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house was within walking distance to the beach. The only thing we would suggest, is an extra set of keys, as we were 2 couples. The town of Avola is a short drive away and there are many restaurants and stores for our convenience.

Great spot to relax and explore, 5 mins from the beach

Really enjoyed our time here. The gardens are gorgeous and even in the heat, green and lush. Whatever time of day, there is always some shadowy spot beach is literally 5 mins walk, and a good one too. Our nights were quiet, there are some dogs in the neighbourhood (as other reviews mention) but during our stay we slept with our windows wide open and had no noise. This is a great location to explore, Noto, Ortigia and others are within a short drive (15-30 mins), and off course, the food, whether it's Pizza at Avola (the options in town were the best in our view), tasting wine at Tenuta Palmero (superb), or simple Sicilian food in Marina di Noto, it was all so tasty. The house has everything you want and Salvatore and Francesa are lovely and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Grundstück mit großen Terassen. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch ausgelegt. Die Bäder sind sauber. Jedoch ein Bad ist im Haus und ein Bad ist im Aussenbereich. Der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und ist auch sehr schön (keine Steine). Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist der Vermieter sehr schnell zu erreichen und auch sehr hilfreich.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön, mit großem Außenbereich mit noch einer zusätzlichen Küche und einem Außenbad. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und die Terrasse ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt für die Besichtigung des Südostens von Sizilien (Noto, Siracusa, etc.), auch der Ätna ist erreichbar. Der Strand ist 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Das einzig Störende waren die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die teilweise sehr laut waren, zum Glück aber nicht durchgängig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Herrlich!!

Die Villa ist herrlich! Top gepflegt, alles sauber und tolle Ausstattung. Besonders negeoster waren wir vom Pizzaofen! Der Garten sowie der gesamte Außenbereich ist wunderschön! Das Haus ordentlich und sauber, alles da was man braucht. Es ist alles noch schöner als es auf den Bildern dargestellt ist. Der Strand ist 5 min entfernt und traumhaft! Vermieter sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommemd. Es werden sogar Snacks und kalte Getränke bereit gestellt. Wir waren von allem begeistert und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Salvatore!!!

Traumhaftes Anwesen in sehr ruhiger Lage strandnah

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Man hört nichts ausser ein paar Hunden in der entfernten Nachbarschaft und je nach Seegang ein ganz leises Meeresrauschen. Am unteren Ende des sehr gepflegten Gartens ist ein zweites Tor für den Strandzugang in knapp 300m Entfernung. Das Haus hat eine zweite Sommerküche mit Pizzaofen und daneben ein zweites Sommerbad mit Dusche. Bei 5 bis 6 Personen sehr praktisch. Das Kinderzimmer hat statt des Einzelbettes (Foto) inzwischen ein Etagenbett bekommen. Unten ist es sehr bequem weich und oben eher hart gefedert. Tipp: Falls nachts die Wasserpumpe draußen vor dem Kinderzimmer stört, einfach die Sicherung "Motore" vor dem Schlafengehen ausschalten und morgens wieder an. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön, feinsandig und je nach Sandbank für kleinere Kinder auch recht flach. Tipps in der Umgebung: Avola z.B. Dejavue, Noto z.B. Cafe Sicilia, Cavagrande mit Abstieg über die Nordseite und natürlich Siracusa z.B. Scailai. Ragusa war auch sehenswert, aber etwas weiter weg.

Unglaublich

Das Haus mit der grosszügigen Umgebung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben alles sehr genossen und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Gastgeber haben uns wunderbar umsorgt und auf jede Frage sofort reagiert. Sogar ein typisches Nachtessen brachten sie vorbei. Mehr als erwartet!!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Die nähere Umgebung des Hauses ist schön. Das innere des Hauses ist Zweckmäßig jedoch eher dunkel gehalten. Die Einrichtung der beiden Küchen könnte besser sein (Küchenutensilien). Der Weg zum Strand ist ist OK müsste ev. etwas verschönert werden. Es gibt zwei Dinge die mich jedoch etwas genervt haben. Das eine sind die in der Umgebung zahlreichen Hunde die in der Nacht viele und laute Gespräche miteinander geführt haben (Bei offenem Fenster echt störend). Das zweit ist die Elektrik des Hauses. Ich verstehe das ich nicht die gleichen Erwartungen haben darf wie Zuhause aber wenn man drei Klimaanlagen im Haus verbaut und es dann beim Gebrauch von zwei der Anlagen zugleich ständig die Hauptsicherung raushaut ist echt nervend. Die Vermieter waren immer freundlich und haben bei Fragen immer gleich reagiert.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir wären zu sechst , 2 Familien mit 2 Kindern, dort. Das war perfekt. Das Haus ist so toll wie auf den Bildern. Der auch im Juli überhaupt nicht überfüllte Strand, ist über einen kurzen Trampelpfad zu erreichen. Tolles Wasser und eine tolle Strandbar inklusive. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist die Lage super. Salvatore und Francesca haben uns so freundlich empfangen und waren immer sofort hilfsbereit. Ob es ums Holz besorgen ging, oder um andere alltägliche Sachen, sofort gab es eine Lösung und das mit aller Freundlichkeit. Wir hatten einen unglaublich tollen Urlaub.

The best holiday house you can find in Sicily

The house has got absolutely everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Every little detail has been thought of. Everything is spotless and very tidy. We have rented quite a few holiday places previously but this one really gets 10 out of 10. Outside the huge immaculate gardens provide plenty of space for the kids to run. There are two patio areas to enjoy breakfasts and dinners in the sunshine and there are also very comfortable cushioned loungers to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The pictures on the website do not give enough justice to this place. Huge thank you to Salvatore who has been looking after us throughout our stay – perfect host! Grazie mille!

Casa splendida a pochi passi dalla spiaggia

Abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni in questa splendida villa nelle vicinanze di Avola e Noto, in una zona meravigliosa nella provincia di Siracusa con un'ampia scelta di spiagge, sia libere che attrezzate, dal mare cristallino e il fondale sabbioso. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto confortevole e pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario, così come di ampie aree esterne in cui mangiare e rilassarsi, con curatissimi giardini, sia nella parte anteriore che posteriore dell'abitazione, che creano un'atmosfera di grande tranquillità e bellezza. Il proprietario della casa, sig. Salvatore, ci ha accolto con molta cortesia e ospitalità, dandoci consigli sui locali in cui mangiare e i luoghi da visitare. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la tranquillità della zona, la possibilità di andare in spiaggia a piedi e la posizione della casa, dalla quale si raggiungono in pochissimo tempo luoghi incantevoli come Noto, la spiaggia dia Eloro, l'oasi naturalistica di Vendicari, la baia di Calamosche, Marzamemi e Portopalo. Speriamo con tutto il cuore di ritornare.
