This Cozy studio in Irving is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered by guests. With modern amenities this Studio Apt provides the perfect housing for traveling nurses, a professional in the mist of relocation, or visiting family. Great location close to I-35 Fwy, N. Loop 12, 183 Hwy. Restaurants, Shopping malls, Hospitals, DFW airport (15 minutes) and just 15 minutes to Down town Dallas.
This private Studio only accept long term stays: Reservations over 30nights or more.
Place offers a nice and private bathroom with shower and bathtub combo, toiletries and courtesy towels; Dinning area with a modern dinning set table for 4; well equipped roomy kitchen; a comfortable queen size bed, bedding set and pillows provided; Roku TV, night stand, iron & portable iron table; futon for seating or as an extra bed (twin size) and a work desk; central AC & heating, and for your convenience access to our in-building laundry room w/free W&D (laundry room is a shared area).
Private entrance & smart keyless lock, you will have the entire Studio for yourself.
Not suitable for cats, dogs or any other kind of pet.
