We had an excellent experience. The Newman hospitality team was great. The home was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. A very convenient location walking distance from Town Center, Publix and Walgreens. Loved our stay!

Thanksgiving family trip

Stayed here with our family members in town for Thanksgiving. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. Master is pretty large with nice bathroom. Property manager communicated very well. Would stay here again.

Weston stay

We stayed for a couple of days due to a family funeral. The property was spotless and well stocked. It was exactly as described and more. I look forward to being able to stay there again when I am next in Weston.

Beautiful place!

This home was exactly as expected, VERY clean and in a great location. Bed in master bedroom is AMAZING. Only flaw was the lockbox code given for check-in didn't work but a quick call to the management group and I was given a new code. Great stay and will definitely book again when in town for business!

Spacious and relaxing

Second time visit. Love the pool! we had no reason to leave the house. Lots of space to spread out and relax inside and outside. Well stocked kitchen, great amenities, plenty of towels, and we enjoyed the new toilet! Lightning fast responses from management for questions or concerns. Thank you!

Immaculate property and a beautiful View

The house was immaculate. The pool was very nice and the view of the water from both the house and pool was really lovely. Just looking out was so relaxing. Quiet residential neighborhood. Plenty of towels and lots of closet space.

Fantastic home

This home is clean, roomy and comfortable. The surrounding area is peaceful and secure. The screened-in pool is a plus. Everything you could ask for is within a short driving distance, i.e. freeways and grocery stores. We spent our mornings relaxing on the patio with a cup of coffee. Everything we needed was present in the home. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to Cleveland Clinic

This was very convenient for 2 weeks while husband had surgery at Cleveland Clinic. It is spotless! The walk-in shower, bar by the toilet, and no steps to contend with were exactly what we needed. The owner helped resolve a small issue on a Sunday and was very interested in making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We would stay again for sure.

Great house and pool

Spacious, modern home with great layout for our family vacation. Beautiful glass doors that look out to the pool, lake, and beyond. The pool was easy to access and a lovely draw for the kids. The management team was a standout with lightning fast resolutions to minor issues. The listing pictures need updating as the pool is no longer completely screened in and no twin beds. The AC was incredibly efficient and the hosts provided all the household supplies we needed for the week. We are looking forward to returning to this property again soon!

Your property was perfect for our stay. My husband and I, four children and two grandchildren came to Weston for my brother in laws funeral. Very sad circumstances, but your home provided a place to gather. We were so grateful that everything we needed, you provided. My only suggestion, not complaint, is maybe putting non slip strips in the master shower. The floor was very slippery. Thank you!

Clean + Child Friendly

We had a great stay, the house was clean and very child friendly for my 1 year old. The house has a great setup with 3 bedrooms on one side of the living area, and 1 other on the other. Which was great for us traveling with a 1-year-old. I was unaware the house was handicap accessible when we booked which was not an issue for us. The house is located in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. If we travel back to Weston we will be sure to stay here again. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the house has a strong perfume aroma and I am allergic to scents.

Pool not available & no grill

House was clean, bathrooms were well stocked, kitchen was satisfactory, there was no grill, there was plenty of outdoor furniture but no cushions, there was a worker cleaning furniture and carpets after our arrival time, biggest disappointment was that the pool was advertised as a heated pool and the heater was not functioning.

Family vacation

Great responses to questions from property manager. Very nice area with kept streets, sidewalks and properties. House cleanliness upon check in was immaculate. Excellent wifi. New appliances. Lots of square footage. Someone came by early mornings to clean the pool. Overall 9.5 out of 10. Opportunities for improvement. No bbq. Back bathroom lighting flickering. New dish washer won’t accept plates on bottom shelf without interference with top washer/spinner. Furniture not really comfortable. Most outdoor chairs lacked cushions.

Lovely stay

We were here last minute visiting from abroad as our relative was taken ill in hospital. The house was lovely and provided the perfect respite at the end of a long day. V quiet neighbourhood and well decorated and homely house.
