In order to access the complex or property, we need you to send us all this information 1 day before the reservation, otherwise access to the project may be difficult since the staff of this project only works during working hours and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.

Alternatively, we can manage the cleaning of the property during your stay at an extra cost.
