サウンドを見下ろす崖の上のこの素晴らしいサウンドフロントホームは、シェフのグルメキッチン（設備の整った）、明るく開放的なリビングルーム、すべての部屋からの水のパノラマの景色が一望できます。 3ベッドルーム、2バスルーム、そして娯楽のために作られた大きなデッキ。 セントラルヒーティング、エアコン、低レベルが終了しました。 ブラフを降りると、プライベートビーチに出ます。 見事な景色を一望できる小さな朝食用の隅。

Gorgeous sunset views from this spacious spot. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the basement, a great deck for dinners, large primary bedroom and a fantastic beach to explore.

Second time in this beautiful house

We've been coming to the area almost every summer for the over 20 years, and this is one of our favorite houses. Having visited in 2023 (see my previous review) we were excited to find a week when our plans lined up with when the house was available!Nothing changed in two years - the house is still immaculate and the host is still very easy to work with. The only complaint is that our time there flew by too fast!

Peaceful staycation

Upon arrival to departure the property, the home was perfect for our family. Excellent place to cook inside outside the views were spectacular. Everything was just really peaceful. It was exactly what we needed. We look forward to coming back.

Incredible Views!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The home is lovely and the views of the Long Island Sound from the back deck are incredible. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing House and Location

This is truly a gem of a place. The house is beautiful, exactly as the pictures show and the location is picture perfect. Its a wonderful relaxing peaceful getaway. The property managers were amazing and always helpful and responsive!

Perfect beach house in Greenport

We've been coming to the area almost every summer for the last 20 years or so, and this is one of the best combination of house/location we've experienced to date. Beautiful location on a bluff overlooking the Sound, walkable to the Greenport town center (30 min), well equipped house with a great kitchen and living spaces, and a host that is very easy to work with.

Lovely winter stay

A wonderful, cozy property with amazing views! We stayed the month of Feb and thoroughly enjoyed the lovely and snowy vistas. There is nice walking in the area and you can walk into town as well (35 minutes). The homeowner is terrific. We wish we could stay longer!

View from the proprrty

The house was big enough for each one to be confortabile, and have privacy. I liked the house decor which was minimalist but also warm and clean. The best thing was the ocean view and the sundowns were breathtaking. Just fix the status that lead to the beach

Spectacular and serene stay

A beautiful and understated house, with spectacular views of the Sound. All the necessaries were there, with a well-appointed kitchen, grill, and many areas to relax and take in the views. The owner was responsive and in touch when needed. A+!

Another wonderful stay

This is our second summer staying in this home and it was another wonderful stay. The owner was extremely easy to coordinate and communicate with and she was even nice enough to put some of her children’s old toys out for my kids to play with in the basement. The view from this property is truly remarkable and is very centrally located. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, especially young families. We would love to come back next year!

Seaside Holiday

Spent a 4 day weekend at the house. Perfect for a family. Spectacular Water views from master bedroom living room and kitchen. 5 min drive into the center of town bustling with shops and restaurants. 5 min to ferry to Shelter island and 20 min via ferry to The south fork and Sag Harbor. Cozy Home, Viking Appliances for the chef in your family. It felt like home away from home. Very relaxing stay.

Beautiful Setting

My husband and I stayed here with another couple. Layout of the house is perfect with the primary bedroom on one side of the living area and the queen bedroom off the other side. There was also a bunk room and full finished basement which we did not use. The living area/kitchen looks out on LI Sound and opens to a large deck just as the photos depict. It was a weekend trip with not so great weather and it didn't matter at all. The serene, beautiful setting made for a very enjoyable and relaxing time.

Perfect vacation for us!

The property is beautiful - set on a bluff above the sound - just as pictured. The location is very quiet, we hardly heard anyone. House is well-appointed and very clean - beds comfortable. Less than 5 min drive to Greenport, and about a 25 minute walk. Even on a summer weekend - although the town was clearly much busier than during the week - there was parking, and we could get a dinner reservation at many places. Several of us used the kayaks- much fun! We did need shore/water shoes on the pebbly beach - but that's to be expected. The owner responded quickly to a couple of questions. WiFi connection was just fine. We really could not have been happier.
