Elegantly Designed Bedrooms

Drift into luxurious rest in one of the two king bedrooms. Individual heat/AC units in each bedroom provide a personalized climate experience while you sleep. Ample closet space and luggage racks allow guests the option of unpacking or not.

Make the most of sunny desert days in the refreshing above-ground, unheated cowboy pool (seasonal - March through September) perfect for cooling off during warmer months. Take in the mountain views and desert breezes while sunbathing, floating, or enjoying family fun in the sun.

Outdoor Oasis

The private backyard also features a propane firepit for toasting marshmallows and making smores on cooler evenings, a hottub for soothing tired muscles and ultimate relaxation, an outdoor dining space with propane grill for sunset meals, a hammock village for stargazing, and an outdoor shower under the open sky.

Game Room & Extra Amenities

The large garage has been converted to a game room with indoor entertainment in mind, featuring a pool table for friendly competition and a one-of-a-kind mural hand painted by a well-known talented local artist -perfect for social media pics!

The entire house is available for guests' use and enjoyment.

The house is located in the beautiful and highly desireable prime location of Upper Friendly Hills on a well-traveled road. Guests will hear vehicles drive by fairly regularly.

Everything was just what we expected. The pool was unheated and smaller than it looks in pictures, and the 10 pm quiet rule made it difficult to combine hot tub and star gazing, but we were very impressed.

Fantastic place to stay for a Joshua Tree visit! Extremely close to the park entrance which was great for frequent trips to the park or rests at the property. All the amenities included made it very relaxing to be at the property. Quiet corner lot with all you could ask for. Easy access and good communication. If I return will definitely stay here again. A

Perfect place for my wife, dog and I to stay for the weekend. Centrally located near the town of Joshua Tree and 10 minutes to Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms. Also close to dozens of great hikes in the park and otherwise. Awesome backyard with a hot tub and cowboy pool - the pool was closed for the winter but the hot tub was great! Would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our star gazing! It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. Truly, it was immaculate! The enclosed yards were wonderful spots for our pooches to wander and smell new smells safely. Communication with the host was outstanding. We hope to make Joshua Tree and this home a yearly event!

This home was very nicely decorated and well stocked. It was spacious and comfortable. Billiards table was a great addition and fun. Kiychen supplies/equipment could be improved a notch. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was wonderful. I loved all the manuals in one drawer. Made new fangled gadgets useable. Good equipment in the kitchen. A truly fabulous shower head. The host always replied to questions promptly and with good information.

Great location with good proximity to Joshua Tree National Park which is what we were there for. Property description is accurate, The host was very clear with communication for check in and check out and was timely in responding with anything we asked. The house was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The jacuzzi was very clean and was nice to relax in after a day exploring and hiking. The cowboy pool, although we didn’t use, was also very clean and would be nice on a hot day. The pool table in the garage was a nice plus which we used The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and eat meals. The appliances are new and good quality. The only thing you may need to bring would be aluminum foil or maybe plastic wrap if you think you might need. Other than that everything else we needed was there. One very very small negative would be some of the plastic drinking glasses need replacing. Although they are clean and we washed before using they appear clouded and not very appealing. My dog absolutely loved exploring the fenced in yard. She was in heaven. I would stay here again if in the area.

It was a pleasure hosting you. It’s always nice to have such lovely guests. Thank you for the positive feedback regarding the house and amenities. Regarding the plastic drinkware: As I explained in our private messaging, the plastic drinkware is provided for safety purposes since there is no glassware allowed near the pool and hot tub. They are replaced regularly. When the plastic cups and wine glasses get washed in the dishwasher, the hot water and detergent turn the clear plastic cloudy. I have searched for non-clouding plastic drinkware and have been unsuccessful in finding it.
