This home is very nice, in a gated neighborhood and a good location, less than 5 minutes from the highway and 10-15 minutes from Fiesta Texas, many restaurants and shopping. The home is large and spacious and furnishings are good, beds are comfortable. We stayed as a family of 5, each of the 3 kids had their own room and plenty of space to spread out. It's on sort of a culdesac (more like a 90 degree where 2 roads meet), so the lot and back yard are large. You will not have access to the garage as the owner stores a vehicle and their belongings in it. Our stay was overall positive, the owner and property manager were responsive to all requests and communicated proactively if there was ever anything going on at the home. Our only challenge was that check in and out procedures were not as clear as they could have been and I recommend thoroughly inspecting the home and contents upon arrival, ensuring you inform the property manager of the current condition proactively.

Spacious, lovely, very clean and conveniently located home away from home

Our family was very fortunate to find this beautiful home available for our stay near Fair Oaks Ranch while visiting family. This home is spacious; well furnished; immaculate; and convenient to I-10, Leon Springs, and Boerne. Both the property manager and the owner were very responsive in confirming our reservation with short notice and to questions we asked. Five stars are not enough to express our appreciation for the opportunity to stay in this home while in Texas.

Beautiful

This house was beautiful, big, open and very homey. The team for this property thought of everything, there were items in the pantry, condiments in the fridge and plenty of towels and paper goods. The owner checked in with us during the stay to ensure there were no problems and also before we arrived to make sure we had directions and instructions for the property. This house helped make our trip perfect and we’d love to stay again next time we visit. Great location to shopping, restaurants and fun!

Hill Country Church Event

Gorgeous property, very clean. Convenient to The Bevy where our Church Event was held. Close to shopping, markets, & attractions. Property in a subdivision, because of restrictions, weren't able to entertain church brethern. If not looking to entertain small group, this is a fantastic location. Only issue mother nature related. Storm blew in, knocked out power, couldn't access GFCI. Property Mgr, Sofia immediately took care of matter just in time to watch Astros!

Don't believe the pictures

When I requested a house with Swimming pool, I saw these pictures. So the pictures looks like it is on the property. It did not say a subdivision community pool. So I felt deseved.and the gate code never worked. I kept texting. Then on my day that I was to leave Sofia gives me a new code "O try this "..

Luxury house in convenient location to all the area attractions

We loved our stay! The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. Always happy to answer our questions. The size of the house was perfect. Multiple areas so people in our group could be together if they wanted to but were also able to have their own space. There were 4 children and three moms in our group. The 4 bedroom, three bath house was perfect for our group. Huge back yard to play in and walking distance (or 20 second drive) to the pool for the gated community. The pool was fantastic and had a splash area and small waterfalls for the younger kids. Imacculately clean and large kitchen to cook in. Saved a lot of money having a nice house to stay in and cook at home. Perfect location to have easy access to area attractions. Far enough from San Antonio’s awful traffic! Quick freeway drives to Six Flags, a large mall, Sea World, Natural Caverns, and even a reasonable 45 min drive up to Schlitterbahn Water Park in New Braunfels. We will be staying there again!

"Clean, Spacious, and Easy: Perfect VRBO Experience"

It was the most beautiful vacations we ever had, celebrating our 45 anniversary with all of our kids

We selected to pass our 45 anniversary together with some family in San Antonio, we started looking for a place where we could stay all family from Mexico all together that is why we did not select any hotel. We found this beautiful home, with all commodities we needed while in SA. We entered the house, and it was in very very good condition and very clean. Owner's attitude was very good, all times we asked their answer was very good. We agreed the time of day to enter without any problem (same was at leaving time) All of us (we were 9 in our party) liked the house for many reasons, to stay in the living room while the kids were at the TV. Very wide closets at the bedrooms. The master bedroom with its bathroom and closet was excellent. With 3 bathrooms, it was very good for our family to get ready for our anniversary event. The neighborhood was really nice, even the kids were walking form the house to the swimming pool and returning same way, all time followed by us at a distance (in our car obviusly). We visit the swimming pool area, it was very good, the pool was very clean, The people around was very nice, I think is because this is a very small gated community and this area belongs to them. we enjoy so much being there. To summarize, we spent some days, very happy, in a house that gave us a felling of being at home. I really will recommend this place to all of our friends, and I hope to follow my own recommendation very soon. Best regards, congratulations,

Great place to stay near San Antonio

Very nice and clean property, the pictures don’t do it justice! We stayed with family of 6 and had a lot of room. Didn’t even use the upstairs 2 bedrooms and full bath. Great location near San Antonio with easy access to highway and all attractions. 30 min from the Air Force base if you are coming for graduations. I highly recommend this property!

The online photos do not do this property justice. The house is very spacious and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any messages. Would highly recommend!

would stay there again, was very clean we had to buy things like toilet paper as no extra was supplied but all in all the location was great,owner was very gracious and had good communications before arrival, you could use more seating in living room there were 6 of us so seating only room for 5 othrtwise it was great.

Amazing stay!!

So we decided as a family that we would stop paying ridiculous amounts for hotels and give this house rental a go. I must say It lived up to our expectations and more. From the moment we walked in we realized how great of a choice we had made. Sofia, the property manager was amazing communicating with me about everything around the house(I hate making phone calls so texting was perfect for me). About the house, from the space to the amenities, It was worth every cent and more. I can’t complain about anything. There are three full baths and one half so between nine people there was no fighting for baths. The appliances were great and there was enough room for all of us to get away from each other if we needed to. We were close enough to everything touristic in town and grocery stores were 5 mins away. There were no real cons with the place, but a couple of things I would change(not complain) because they work well enough, but the couches in the living room could be a little more comfortable or at least more sitting, and maybe a grill in case you want to cook out. Again, not a deal breaker because everything was perfect, I will definitely say that I look forward to renting again, It was HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! I just want to say thank you to the owner and property manager Sofia for the amazing stay.

Wow!! What an amazing home!

My entire family, parents, husband, and children, all stayed at this home. It was perfectly laid out so that everybody could have their space when they needed silence for sleeping or napping. The house is brand new, so it is very clean and chic. They had plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, and cookware to get the job done. (They do need some measuring cups and spoons, but we only needed those for pancakes and were able to make it work without them.) It is a quiet neighborhood and the pool was open and empty. I would highly recommend this location.

House is located in a really new neighborhood. Was very quiet and peaceful. New house and really clean. We were really happy with the stay. If I could suggest anything I would say move the small child’s bed upstairs and add another queen bed in its place. There are several air up mattresses provided if you need extra sleeping space. Far better than a hotel! Thanks for having us.

Very nice home for my family to stay in with conveniant location outside of San Antonio TX

Upon arrival at the home we settled in and got a good nights sleep. The home was spacious and provided enough privacy for the whole family of 7. The house is a new VRBO space so some simple things are missed. The toilet paper is beyond cheap and barely usable. There was one trash bag provided after the first kitchen bag was used so we had to manage with small waste basket bags. These are very low cost items and should always be provided to guests to keep them happy and functional. The biggest let down was the community pool, which apparently closes in the winter time starting sometime in October. We tried to ask about that but was not provided an answer. I'm not sure if the owner knows much about the community pool so they might not have had the answers. It was just a let down as the kids all wanted to go swimming and enjoy the warmer weather since we are from the north. I'm sure with some small adjustments with supplies to the home it will work better for future guests and also information posted about the pool would be very helpful to anyone with kids. Was never told about the neighborhood garbage pick up service but we noticed all the neighbors putting out their cans so we did the same to help out on Monday night. Another thing that guests should be told about to help the process.
