Lovely House with private pool in Uvita

This stylish place to stay is perfect for small groups or family trips. With its large backyard and private pool, makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy your trip in the privacy of your own home. Grill up some food with your favorite cold beverage by the pool, enjoy the open views of the large field behind the house. Don’t be surprised if you get some visits from our diverse wildlife that we have here in Costa Rica, including howler monkeys, toucans, macaws, and the occasional sloth.
The space
Two bedroom two bath, modern home with private pool. The master bedroom includes master bath. The other bedroom has a bath just outside the door, both bedrooms with huge sliding doors to the backyard and pool area.
Guest access
Guests will have entire access to the house
Other things to note
The Pool Maintenance Crew MUST be allowed onto the property to clean the pool. Not allowing them clean the pool is a violation of the house rules.

There may be some unforseen issues with the amenities (i.e. water outage, internet outage, electricity), however that is not grounds for a refund.

This property is in a very biodiverse area of the world, it is possible that bugs, even reptiles may get in the house from time to time, however this is not grounds for a refund.
