Our host Genti was great. Super fast responses when questions arose. Very clean, updated, 3rd floor condo. Comfortable beds, plenty of room in living/dining area and large kitchen. We stayed in unit A in back of building. Will stay again

Great stay in Downtown Delaware! Very walkable area that includes the beautiful campus of Ohio Wesleyan. Great meal and coffee options within a few short blocks, plus specialty shops. Owners are conscientious and responsive. Steps to the unit could challenge some visitors. Be sure to get parking instructions.

The “Luxe Vibe” holds very true! Very clean, lovely atmosphere, spacious, updated kitchen amenities and comfortable beds. The location is perfect for shopping eating and whiskey drinking if that’s your thing!! Very friendly people in the building. I highly recommend

Great house and host, excellent location, terrible platform for a smooth booking experience. This house is also available through the other platform, and booking and extending our stay there was way easier and simpler.

What a location! Right in the heart of Delaware, you can walk to everything! This place is brand new, super clean, and ready for whatever you have planned. Super high ceiling (like 15 feet) makes it feel even more spacious and comfortable, and the rooms are a great size. Be aware that it’s up a couple of flights of stairs, but it’s totally worth it for the prime location (and I’m saying that with three kids—and my almost due pregnant wife agrees). We will definitely stay here again, we loved it.The host was super communicative, quick to respond and helpful, check in/out was so easy and nice.

Everything went well during our second stay here, the first one done via the other platform. Extending our stay with the other platform was way easier and simpler than through here, which forced us to book another stay instead of simply extending it. Host was very gracious and understanding about that. I recommend this house and host, but not this platform.

The place was absolutely beautiful! If able to get street parking, not a bad walk but if it’s full it’s definitely a bit of a hike from around back. Lots of stairs up to the place but manageable. The bed was so comfortable!
