The Space:
Wake up in a bright, inviting home with stylish modern updates. Recently renovated for comfort, this house still carries its history as one of Truckee’s original Gateway homes — featuring wood beams hand-cut from the Old Truckee Railyard Mill. The blend of heritage and modern design creates a cozy and truly unique mountain retreat.

With three bedrooms — two located downstairs and a spacious master suite upstairs — the home is perfect for families or groups looking for both comfort and privacy.

We love sharing our local knowledge and insider tips so you can experience Truckee at its very best, whether it’s skiing, hiking, lake days, or discovering hidden gems downtown.

Guest Access:
Guests enter onto the main floor, which includes the kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
Head down five steps to the cozy living room with a sliding door that opens to the backyard.
Go up twelve steps to reach the spacious master bedroom.
-Laundry access available for longer stays (over two weeks).
-Cable on all TVs.
-Studio located in the back; the backyard is shared.

Other Things to Note:
Parking: No street parking. Right side of garage reserved for the studio tenant.
Summer: max 3 cars 🚗🚗🚗
Winter: max 2 cars 🚗🚗
Winter warning: Truckee gets serious snow! While snow service is provided, it may take time to arrive during big storms. Be ready to shovel if you’re heading to the slopes early for fresh tracks.
