Welcome to our newly listed 3-bedroom home in Portsmouth; Perfect for summer getaways with friends and families. With a large backyard, bright living spaces, and a peaceful setting, it's ideal for enjoying everything the seacoast has to offer. Bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 1 full-size bed. The house has 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathtub and shower, and the second upstairs bedroom includes a shower. Guests will feel right at home. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer. The first floor is an open concept kitchen and living area. The master bedroom has a Juliet balcony overlooking the extensive yard. The House sits on two acres of land and is only three miles from Rye Beaches. The kitchen features Bosch appliances and a washer and dryer just off the kitchen area. Children are welcome, but the house is not child-proofed for toddlers. The oversized deck facing the bucolic backyard is perfect for sunning or grilling. Downtown Portsmouth is only a fifteen-minute drive.

Fantastic week at this gorgeous home. Immaculately clean. Everything we needed was there. Huge yard. Lots of privacy. Upgrades throughout home, including kitchen. Excellent communication with host. I will stay here again for sure. Truly wonderful vacation.

We really enjoyed this home. It has everything you need to be comfortable like at your own home for those times you want to eat in and relax. The property is like a retreat with the bordering woods and creek. And the 4 deer that came to visit several times a day were a treat for our granddaughter. You are close for beautiful drives through Rye to the sea coast or to go into Portsmouth. We found it convenient as we took day trips from the house to the White Mountains and all over New Hampshire, the Maine Coast, Boston, and Rhode Island. Our two weeks here were a great way to celebrate my retirement. We’d definitely recommend it as a place to bring your family, too!

The property was beautiful. It looked brand new. Plenty of room for my husband, our kids and future daughter in law. Loved the back deck to lay out. The house was so clean. So glad I chose this for a long weekend. The host was very responsive whenever I had sent a message. Everything was great. And it was close enough to downtown Portsmouth.

This beautiful home is spacious, clean, and centrally located. It was easy to get to downtown Portsmouth and the beach in Rye. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. The back deck was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee while overlooking the huge backyard. The host, Bob, was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
