🔔 Important note about the surroundings
The area is lively and vibrant. While there may be some construction nearby during the day, guests should also be aware that in the evenings, music can occasionally be heard from boats passing along the sea and from beach clubs and pubs located across West Palm Beach, Palm Jumeirah.
This atmosphere is more noticeable on weekends and during evening events throughout the week.
We prefer to mention this in advance so guests can book with full clarity and the right expectations.
🚭 No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as I will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.
🔑 If the access or parking cards are lost, a replacement fee of 500 AED will be charged for each item.
In accordance with local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in (shared in the chat), which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal.
If we do not receive the documents before check-in, the building reception may refuse access, and this will delay your check-in — for which we cannot be held responsible.
